[Kiara pov]

We arrive in our new home it is a two bedroom home, in the midst of many trees. It is warm and cosy and a few streets away there is a 24-hour supermarket .. All you really need I thought. We settle in and decide on our rooms, we decide to have a quick nap to help energise us for the remaining bags to unpack.

We awaken to a loud knock which repeats a couple of times. Liv gets up dragging me along, I for one needed a lot more sleep than that I thought miserably. As she opens the door there is a man, six foot tall and extremely good looking, he had hazel eyes and tanned skin under a long sleeve shirt attempting to contain his six pack and bulging toned muscles. 'Hi, I am your neighbour and noticed you guys moving in' he stated with a smile on his face, bringing us both out of our trance.

'Oh, yes hi' I state nervously as his gaze shifts from Olivia's to mine. He told us how he wanted to invite us over tomorrow night to a party as most of the neighbourhood will be attending. I find it extremely hard to concentrate as his hard gaze is on me, I don't even know where to look as everywhere my eyes land on I seem to be staring too long. 'Great, oh and by the way my name is Chase' we both reply with our names and he smiles ' nice to meet you, I'm looking forward to getting to know you' I notice his burning gaze on me and blush as he turns to leave.

'Wow if all our neighbours are that good looking, this change is off to a great start ' Liv squeals. I laugh as I recall Chase's eyes, he seemed sweet yet mysterious I thought.

The next day ~

We finished unpacking and the place looked near enough done, it was simple yet welcoming. We decided to start getting dressed for the party as it was within an hour, Olivia wore a black dress that hugged every curve on her body and went for her Louboutin's, she also wore a black smokey eye and red lips. She looked stunning, as always. Whilst I, on the other hand, struggled to find something that didn't hang to my curves awkwardly as I wasn't petite by no means however I wouldn't call myself overweight either. I also had brown hair like Olivia, however, mine was constantly in knots and chaos whilst hers was straight and sleek. To put it simply I was the less fortunate one in the looks department, I was only ever referred to as cute whilst Liv was always the beautiful and sexy one who had men constantly serenading her.

I finally decide on this grey knitted cropped jumper and some high wasted jeans and converse. I, of course, get a look of disapproval from Liv as she hated the way I dress but this is what I was comfortable in. I wore simple makeup and attempted to smooth my ratty hair down. We were both ready on time, we could already hear the music from down the road. I felt anxious as I never was the party type I thought but Liv smiled at me reassuringly as we left our home.
