Chapter 6- First Day

I can't believe its Monday already.Its been 4 days since mom died and 1 day since her burial. Aunt think it was best to burry her as soon as possible. I was still traumatized but I'll be alright. I didn't want to be late for school on my first day so I jump out of bed and start to get ready for bed. I take a 10 minutes shower and curly my hair and pick out a outfit to go to school. I do my make up lightly. I take up my backpack and rush downstairs. I Drop my bag on the sofa in the living room and head to the kitchen.
"Hey sweetheart. I make chocolate chip pancakes. Help yourself"she said giving me a cheerful smile.
"good morning " return the smile.
"Can i borrow your car? Mine is at the repair shop."
"sure I'll drive with Kate"
"ok thanks"
"Good morning everyone "hearing that familiar voice make me feel nauseous.
" good morning Mr. Clark " Kelly said give him a hug and a kiss." am running late. Pancakes are on the table help your self bye"she said rushing to get out the house. Before reaching the door she call Kate to get ready for school. Minutes of silence had pass then Luis decide it was up to him to break it.
"Lina why are you avoiding me. "he said focusing is attention on me. I just keep on pretending he wasn't there.
" answer me dammit"he said grabbing me by my hand turning me to face him.
"Stay. Away. From. Her. "quickly turning my attention to the source of the voice. Thank God Kate come to my rescue.
" lets go "Kate said pulling me away from his grip.
We walk to the car and it was wen i reach the car's door i remember my bag pack.
" Kate i left my bag"
"am giving you a minute to get it or else am sending lover boy to get you. "i blush at the nickname she gave Tyrrell.
" ok. I'll be right back ".
I jog back to the house. I open the door and walk to the sofa to fetch my backpack but when I reach there it wasn't on the sofa.
" looking for this " i jump and turn around so fast that i was wondering how I didn't get a whiplash.
" G-Give me my bag. "i stutter.
" haa-haa o you not dumb after all. " he said" why have you been avoiding me for a week now. "he add.
" i don't have nothing to say to you " i reply folding my hands.
Where do i get this sudden urge of bravery.
" feisty.well i ave tons to say to you. " he said moving towards me grab my hands and pin me towards the wall.
" let go of me!"i shout hoping Tyrrell will hear me.
"no kiss me first. "he negotiate.
" no i will never kiss you. You filthy old man.Now let go of me. "
" who are you calling old? I'll show you what this filth can do."he said filling the gap between us and pasture his mouth over mine.
"i thought she said to let her go. "as soon as Luis loosen his grip i head upstairs to brush his filthy taste out of my mouth.
How could a man do that he could be my dad for God sake.
What would Tyrrell think of me now he would never want me now.
" Catalina what are you doing " Tyrrell shout at me grabbing the toothbrush out of my hand.
It was the i notice my mouth was bleeding and i was crying.
" Am sorry for letting him kissing me--" I begin to apologize for Luis act but was cut off by Tyrrell.
"what.. Your not the one should be apologizing... If anyone should it would be that scumbag. It wasn't your fault"he said but i just look away. I could sense him moving closer to me. He then hold my cheeks in his soft palm to face him "it wasn't your fault. Now lets get you to school."

Lunch time....
I have most of my class to Kate. She was a nice girl and my best friend since she was the only friend i share things with.
"who is she?"i ask Kate referring to the girls who sit at the table in the corner of the cafeteria her face was cake with make up.
"thats Ashley Colin. The most popular girl in school. Her mother is the most famous designer Madley Colin and her father, Allan own Colin shipping company. Ashley is a bitch and am the only in this school who is not afraid of her. " she inform me as we find our seat.
Half way through our lunch Ashley decide to pay us a visit.
" look like the loser find a partner. "

" And aren't you the world most spoiled brat. Go along and cry on daddy's lap. "i said to her getting frustrated with her rude comments. We turn around to finish our lunch when i feel a tap on my shoulder.

I didn't realize we have a crowd until i hear a chorus of 'ooohhh' s.
" what did you just said to me. "she walking towards me with a strong glare.
"did I just speak dutch?" i turn and ask Kate.
"nope i don't think so"Kate shake her head and reply.
"is this idiot acting all smart " Ashley lash out.
" is the world most famous bitch finally speak English. If you'll excuse me i want to finish my lunch. So bye bye. "i said but she didn't move." shu shu run along "i add. Thats when she registered my words.
" you'll regret treating me like this. "she said turning her heels and walk away with her two minions follow behind.. As she walk away loud chattering erupted the room.
" Damn girl your feisty i like you even more. "
