Fuse finally came clean and told Rodtang all about Book and Frame's problem.  "So that's why you asked me about my mom and dad?"

He explained that the pair were jealous and sex starved.  Rodtang laughed at first but reigned himself in when he saw the serious look on Fuse's face,  "It's not funny,  or at least "they" don't think so,  that's for sure."

His serious face didn't last long when Rodtang lost control again and was bent in half choking on his laugh,  Fuse joined in.  "You should have seen Book's face when I told him that Tee and I don't have problems,  Tee stays at my house all the time."

As they carried on,  finding great pleasure in the misery of their friends,  they both received a stiff biff in the back of the head by the stealthy Book,  who had walked up right behind them.

"You two buttheads."

They both rested a head on one of Book's shoulders,  squeezed him and whined in their commiseration of his sexual sorrows.  "You guys have no idea what it's like,  and you!"  He was pointing into Rodtang's face,  "you don't have to rub it in,  ya know."

Book's pout broke into a smile as the two younger boy's pushed him back and forth between themselves.  "Aww,  we're sorry P'."  Rodtang shoved him back into Fuse's arms and bolted away,  "yeah,  sorry you're not getting any."

........................

Sometime in the early day it started to rain,  which meant taking lunch outside was a bust.  The little gang sat at the bottom of the stairwell in front of a big row of windows and had their lunch.

Nine had his back on the glass and rested his head there with his eyes shut.  His belly was full and he complained to Rodtang that he'd eaten too much,  "All I want to do now is sleep."

Like most days,  Rodtang's head rested in his lap,  today he was turned on his side and his face pointed in towards Nine's crotch.

"I hope it doesn't rain like this all weekend,  it will ruin our camping trip."  He opened his eyes and rubbed the top of Rodtang's head.

It was like a chorus from the four other boy's ,  "What?"  Camping?"

Nine pulled his head upright from the glass,  "Yeah,  you guys wanna go?  all you need is a tent and some food."

A whole bunch of excited looks passed between the crew and,  providing that they could get permission from their parents,  "Yes."  they all wanted to go.

The following day,  each of them happily announced that they'd received the ok,  and,  it was "On!"  Nine told them that his parents were driving him and Rodtang to a campground just outside the city,  Friday afternoon,  just after school ended,  that way they could have two full nights of tenting.

The smiles swirled around the circle of boy's,  Fuse was excitedly hugging Tee,  Book and Frame looked like they might explode with anticipation.

.........................

Book and Frame were sitting on the steps of Book's condo waiting when the van pulled up.  It was the same for Fuse and Tee,  they were waiting outside of Fuse's house,  their tent and cooler of food were packed and ready.

None of the boy's had ever met Nine's parents before and were on their best behaviour as they made the short trip into the countryside.

They all thought the same thing as Rodtang did,  the first time he met Nine's mom and dad.  His dad was a carbon copy of Nine and his mother had the same smile and wacky sense of humour.
