SAMS POV

" HOW DARE YOU TOUCH HER PUP. GIVE HER TO ME. GIVE MY MATE TO ME", growled a very very angry alpha.

" Let me speak to him. Give me the control Samuel."
Not knowing how to handle the situation, I let Ecilipes take over.

" Alpha Knight don't disrespect me by calling me a pup. Your pack came soughting my help, which despite your tardiness in informing me your plans ,I have given them willingly. And this girl is my mission. I am her protector. I have been protecting her since 3rd grade.My job is to protect even if it's from her own self. You come nowhere in the counting. She is scared of you, and I will be around you and her till the time she is comfortable enough."
I knew the alpha had calmed down. He was under the impression that we were more than friends.
I was shocked, I could feel Ecilipes shock too. He hadn't known this himself. It explained as to why we felt the way we felt for her. Moon Goddess herself had trusted us with this. Which meant that my father's rediculous belief that me being a quarter human would not be worthy of a mate was false. I had a mate. She was there somewhere.

" Ahmm. "

"Yes alpha"

"My mate, I need her, I am not strong enough. Please. My wolf is going insane.You may be her protector but you don't have a right to touch."

He took Akira from my hands. The only emotion I saw in his eyes has he took her upstairs was love. In the entire process of tucking her in the bed, he never abused her or took advantage of her. His eyes held love and his body language displayed respect. This was enough for me to know that unlike my mother, my bff had been gifted with an ideal mate. He loved her, trusted her and respected her. I knew he would understand her and help her achieve her goals. How I know this? He had not thrown me out of the house. Which I must say is creditable.

Akira would take some time to wake up. She hadn't slept, hadn't fed herself properly and the shock ofcourse was exhausted. I knew that the alpha himself hadn't eaten anything so using that as an excuse I went down to get food and to give him some privacy with his mate.

But before I could even reach the bottom stairs, I heard Akira shriek.
I rushed up to see a very horrified alpha and a very pissed off Akira. Well what did I say about her big fat unfiltered mouth?

"We need to talk"

No man you did not, thats like that stupid law that hangs you for trying to commit suicide.

"Excuse me, Mr.."

Before she killed him, I decided to make my presence known.

"Akira! My sleeping Beauty is awake! And no water. Man you got talent, I must give you that."

" Shut up you, you, you know what asshole, I wear heels bigger than your dick and guess what I don't where heels"

"Aww my cutie pie missed me! She cares about me."

Shit I called her sweetie pie. No wonder Cameron did not waste any time in giving us a warning.

"Ohhhh pleaseee. I care for you as much as Niall cares about childbirth."

Akiras responds had just brought a relieved expression on Cameron's face but me being an idiot couldnt control myself and  hugged  her and ended up earning a punch.

"Sorry, I deserved that. I forgot. Listen man she is like my sister. I told you, I am her protector. There never was, never is and never will be anything between us. Akira let him smell you. We need to tell her everything. Akira we are werewolves. Yes we are. I am India's and South Asia's alpha while Cameron is the alpha of USA and Canada and he is also mightiest of us all. Akira are you even listening?"

Akira's expression showed that she didn't believe me, in the sense that she believed the Cameron part but not me. Well I don't blame her. I use my hoodies​ to hold popcorns and I sleep with a unicorn soft toy.

" I need to show her."

This was the great alphas stupid idea. Are you serious) that female is sleep, food deprived and you want to change in front of her! Akira food and sleep deprived is dangerous.
Last time she broke my fingers for poking her because she was hungry. So basically she goes fucking psychic.

" Cameron no, she is not ready"

"Show me what?"

I wanted to scream my lungs out. Akira fucking Raut have you never heard how curiosity killed the cat?

But before I could do anything Cameron had shifted. From Akira's heart beat and reaction I knew she was shit scared. The shock and exhaustion made her faint again. My protector instincts came into being and I shifted into my jet black wolf and stood between him and Akira.

The last thing I saw on Akira's face was a sense of betrayal and horror.
