-Time skip a few weeks-

Jerome's pov

"Jerome be reasonable!" My mom said, trying to stop me from going to Mitch. I ignored her and walked in seeing Mitch curled up "Mitch look at me!" I say obviously upset, angry and scared.

He flinched but didn't look at me I walk over to him kneeling next to him "If I'm such a burden to you let me break our bond" I say Seto grabbing my arm "Jerome that's dangerous for you" he says I shook my head "I don't care! I want what's best for Mitch and my baby" I say he looked at me and sat up "Okay" he says softly I close my eyes gritting my teeth how could he say that so easily? Maybe he didn't love me "did you love me?" I mumble gently taking his face, his gaze was away from mine.

"I am so sorry I caused you so much pain and suffering Mitch if I knew-" I stopped gently rubbing his mark "just know no matter what I'll have your back for you and our baby" I say gently letting go. the mark slowly disappearing. I take a deep breath and slowly let go getting up before walking off.

I head outside and head for the warp pad heading to base I felt my blood boil with anger but not at Mitch but at James. This is his fault and I'm going to wish he didn't mess with me.

"Jerome wait!"

I look back and see Ian and my father I turn away and head into the weapons room grabbing a sword and a bunch of other things I may need "Jerome what are you doing?!" Ian asked I looked back at him "make him pay for what he did to Mitch, I'm done waiting" I say walking off "Jerome no! you'll get hurt" my father says trying to stop me.

I yank my arm away and kept walking opening the gates "fine, I'm coming with you, cheif go home and keep the village safe" Ian said my father stopping me "Please think about this, your already letting your emotions get the better of you!" My father says I scoffed"go home dad!" I say and kept walking.

Ian quickly caught up "Jerome even if you find him how are you going to take him out?" He asked "I don't know and I don't care I'll kill him even if it kills me" I say and kept going.

Seto's pov

"Seto!" I hear Jerome's mom yell out I quickly head to Mitch's room seeing blood all over the bed I frown it has to be the baby I bit my lip calling Ian but he didn't answer. I frown and quickly call Tyler and explain what happened and hung up helping Mitch sit up. Mitch leaned into me his skin cold and pale, I pick up Mitch struggling slightly.

"Seto you okay?!" Mrs.Aceti quickly said helping me I nod "yes I'm just not used to doing any heavy lifting" I say and use my magic to help. "I better stay here and wait for my husband to come back" she says I nod and quickly head to the warp pad.

I make it back and noticed people panicking and running around I tense. "I'm sorry" I hear I look at Mitch who was crying "It would be better if I die" he quietly says I frown holding him closer seeing Tyler and Jason running over "holy shit" Tyler says Jason picking Mitch up I look down seeing all the blood on me.

"Let's get him in we might have to take the baby out " he says I nod heading inside." where is Ian?" I ask "He's with Jerome" he says I whine following

Rob's pov

"Robbie wait!" Preston said grabbing my arm I ignored him grabbing my things "Preston this is my fault, I need to make sure Jerome doesn't do anything stupid!" I say he frowned and hugged him tightly "Please Robbie stay safe" he whimpered out I look at him kissing him sweetly gently pulling away and running in the direction where Jerome and Ian went.

-Time skip a few hours-

Mitch's pov

I opened my eyes I could tell it was dark. Where was I? I move my hand to my stomach and noticed it was flat I force myself up crying out in pain. I tear up "Jerome?" I call out the memory of Jerome breaking our bond.

I tense hearing whimpering I look and noticed a crib I force myself up hugging my stomach seeing my baby in the crib I tear up and cry quietly "I sent your dad away- I'm so sorry" I mumble shakily closing my eyes.

I flinch breathing out in pain the door opens making me flinch "fuck-Mitch no" Tyler said quickly helping me sit on the bed I whined shakily "I hurt Jerome didn't I?" I ask he sighed softly "he just wants what's best for you" he mumbled "can you call him?" I ask he sighed shaking his head "Jerome- he ran off to find James the chief tried to stop him but he's not budging" he says my eyes widen trying to get up Tyler stops me "I have to stop him! That's not what I wanted!" I yelled panicking.

Tyler grabbed my face "Ian is with him, everyone is looking" he calmly says I close my eyes crying out "I killed Jerome!" I yelled over and over making the baby cry he hushed me "He's not dead we don't know that" he mumbled gently I whimper hiding my face in Tyler's chest "I'm sorry" I whisper "you wanna hold him?" Tyler mumbled "it's the first time he even cried" he mumbled softly I nod shakily letting go of me.

I watch him get up and head to the crib gently picking him up handing him to me I held him carefully and held his hand. I whined softly he looked just like Jerome I close my eyes "I didn't mean it. It was so much! I didn't mean it I love Jerome why didn't I say something! I'm such a burden on everyone I'm a burden on him" I say shakily "I ruined the only thing I had and now my baby won't have a dad because of me" I say crying softly holding him closer.

The door opens "We gotta get them out!" Seto yelled I look over and see his panic "what happened?" Tyler asked "James's followers are here and they set the base on fire" he says I whine "Jerome and Ian?" I ask Seto sighs "not sure " he says hearing someone call his name he ran off.

I breathe shakily "Tyler you have to take me to Jerome's village he has to be there!" I say he shakes his head "No we need to get you and the baby somewhere safe" he says helping me up I shake my head about to say something when I saw Jordan and Herobrine "Seto called us we can take them" Jordan says I shake my head "No! I'm done I won't lose Jerome!" I yelled flinched in pain Herobrine taking my baby "we need to make sure you live, the kid needs someone" he says Jordan picking me up.

I double over in pain "please Jordan what if it was Taylor? Would you sit there risking his life!?" I ask shakily "It's my fault Jordan! It's my fault he's out there and If he dies I'll never forgive myself Jordan! I will never be able to look my son in his eyes and tell him I'm the reason his dad isn't around!" I shakily say Jordan sighed looking at his dad and sighed harshly "take the kid I got Mitch" he says "Jordan!" Tyler and his father said.

He took his glasses off "I don't want to hear it from either of you because you both would do the same" he says snapping his fingers teleporting out.

"I'm not sure where Jerome is I saw him before he left and he didn't look good" he says I frown "please let's try the village " I beg he nods and starts to head for the warp pad
