Suga
Jeon stays with me all day which is amazing. He knows exactly what I need. I need someone.

We are walking down the road at night, on our way back. We decide to hurry because it's dark and late. We start running and we have to cross a road. I sprint across. I hear a beep and see lights. Then a scream as a pressure comes to my side.

I open my eyes to find out I'm not hurt. I see I'm on a road in the middle of the night on the concrete floor. I turn around after hearing voices and see a crowd. I decide to check what's going on. There's people taller than me and I can't see. A gut feeling made me push everyone out the way.

Tears fill my eyes at the sight.
"Jeon." I whisper. "JEON NO!" I scream. He pushed me out of the way from the car. Seeing his lifeless body on the floor, covered in blood. My eyes get more and more blurry. I scream into the open air. "No no no no don't leave me jeon don't leave me." I sob. I kneel down and pick up his head gently. I rest it on my knee and dab away the blood on him. I hear sirens and then people push me away. I push them back and go to a medic that's lifting jeon into an ambulance. She shouts something in English but I can just about make out that she asked about family members.
"Uh... brother?" I question, struggling to speak. I had to go with him. She recognises my accent and realised I'm not English. She beckons me inside the ambulance.
"He dead?" I ask. The thought was devastating me. She shakes her head and says injured. She says something else that I don't recognise and then she mimics "what happened." I struggle to find the right words. "Ah... push.,." I use motions with my hands. I motion a car coming towards a person and then someone pushing them out the way. I pointed at myself to show that he pushed me. She nods, then tells a person next to her something. They speak for a minute before the woman says. "You speak Korean?" I nod when she mentions Korean.
"Ah ok, I was wondering!" I was surprised that she spoke both languages.
"Your not really brothers are you. I mean you look completely different." She says. I nod and look at the floor.
"Were like family. He's a good friend." I say. She nods as if she understands.
"We need to call his actual family and say what happened. Do you, perhaps, know any family members?" She asks me. I don't know any and neither does he. Jeon told me about his family. He ran away from home a few years ago. He doesn't speak to his parents or sister. They treated him badly so he ran away.
"He doesn't have any." I say. She looks confused so I continue. "A few years ago he ran away from home. He tried to go back but when he got there, there were different people and they had moved house. He hasn't been able to contact any of them." She nods, understanding. "What about you? Family?" I shudder at the words family. I shake my head. "My dad left when I was little and my mum died two weeks ago. I don't have siblings." She apologised and I says it's not her fault. We arrive at the hospital and they carry him straight to surgery. I'm not aloud in there but I can watch through a window.

Suddenly they start rushing around and I look everywhere to see a sign of what's happening. The heart monitor. It's stopped. They shock him and I hold my breath.

There's a beep and my heart just about stops just then. I allow myself to breathe in relief.

After a few hours of being on the edge, he gets wheeled out. I sprint to a nurse. "He'll be fine sir. But we don't know when he'll wake up."
We don't know when he'll wake up.
We don't know when he'll wake up.
We don't know when he'll wake up.
We don't know when he'll wake up.
We don't know when he'll wake up.
The words ring in my brain again and again. This is all my fault. I did this. Just before blackness surrounds me, a thought comes into my head.

He could....

....he could die.
