The next morning I wake up with puffy eyes and a swllen face, I get up and go to the toilet trying to make myself look presentable
Once I'm done I walk downstairs and see my bosses wife cheryl "Good morning Cheryl"

"Oh Skye I didn't know you was here" She jumps up surprised and I chuckle "Yeah well here I am" I smile and lick my lips "Are you okay honey, just" She points at her face indicating my face "I am fine" I lie to her face and look around "Where are you guys going?" I notice the baggage in her hands and the ones next to her
"We are going out of town for a few months" "Months?!" I exclaim "So what about the restaurant?" "Under renovation" Mr Matthews replies as he comes out in his suit from his office "Oh I'll go now" I say and shuffle away "Are you going to ask her?" "Ask her what?" I stop and turn around "Well we need someone to house keep, watch over the house and I trust you a lot Skye, so can you please stay and watch over it" I stand there shocked and confused "Me? Why me? yOU HAVE OVER A DOZEN MAIDS can't they?" "They are not you and besides I trust you to look over them okay?" Mr Matthews taps my shoulder and I smile at their thought "I-I would love to" "Then we will get going, call us if anything goes wrong" "Wait right away?" I laugh and they nod "Y-Yeah okay" They started to walk to the door but the Mr Matthews stops
"OH!" He turns back to me and I look back at him "A man, Jordan Black, from yesterday the boy you served is coming over to grab something its in out room on the bed but please entertain him" Mr Matthews asked "Its for business" I slowly nod my head not trying to cause a scene, I mean I don't have a choice, he didn't ask he was telling me to do it
"I will, I promise, now you two can go" "Thank you so much Sky expect a very big pay check this month" "Oh no you dont have to" "Skye, don't argue" I smile and back up "I understand sir, safe flight" I wave at them and they get into their Uber
