You refused to eat breakfast ,you felt nauseated and could barely walk without gagging. Taking a few tums,you heard jamie behind you "Oi!We gotta mission t'day!" His voice ringing in your ears. " You comin..! " He stopped when you turned around,your face was pale,dark rings under your eyes and no clear emotions.
He wrapped his arm around you trying to support you, "mate...?ar..are you al'roight?" You didn't want to open your mouth so you only nodded. Worry spread across his face "okay..I'm taking ya ta mercy.." He gently picked you up and made his way into Mercys lab.
You must've blacked out because when you got up it was an hour later. You sat up,bad idea,your head swayed in pain. You got up and looked at the door. "We went out,mission,Feel free to take any medicines you need!~Mercy" You looked and the note and smiled. She was so sweet.
Being alone in the base gave you an eerie feeling. You sat on the couch and figured you should have a nap.
Realizing your head was pounding like crazy,you couldn't get any sleep. You groaned and layed there. I don't deserve this. You thought.
You don't deserve anything yeah. You shouldn't be here yeah.. You messed up a perfectly good relationship between some of the most mentaly fucked up guys.
You sat up. Ugh. Looking around the base you sighed. Boring. You sat up and begin walking to makos room. Just to look around. Opening it up you smiled,his familiar scent invading your nose. You took a big inhale and grinned. You looked at the various pictures of him and junkrat going on hiests,running from cops,and....kissing? You looked at the picture again,it showed them in front of a cheesy 3-D rendered explosion. Oh god,did these guys have a relationship deeper than you thought?
You groaned and looked at his Patchamari collection. It was actually really impressive. A gold one sat at the top of the collection. Cute! You lightly pat it,wow,it was really soft. This big scary guy,having all these cute little things? Ah. That was adorable.
When everyone got back,Mako and Jamie rushed over to you. "You alright,kid?" You smiled and nodded. " I'm A-okay big guy" you hugged him tightly. Breathing in his scent. "A was realllyyyy worried 'bout ya,mate." Jamie half smiled. You hugged him,noting he smelt like burnt cinnamon "hey,thanks for taking me to mercy you big dork,I probably would've died without you" Blush lit up his face as he placed a light kiss on your cheek and wrapped his arms around you. "Anathing' for you ,Mate!" He let out a tittering laugh and ran off into his room. Mako watched him go and looked back at you.
He grabbed your hand and led you outside of the base. "Mako?" He didn't answer he just kept bringing you along. " Look" your eyes wandered everywhere ,this looked like a barren place. "..where?" He nudged you,you didn't realize he took his mask off but look of you froze,a large slash had been cut along his face. You pulled his face closer to yours. "Mako. What happened?" Worry filled your voice.
"One of the fuckers we were fighting pulled a knife on me" his voice growing a little angry. "Mercy helped clean up most of the blood and all" he looked down. Tears suddenly filled his eyes. "Mako..what is it?" "I'm getting weaker by the month,I could barely keep up with everyone" You wrapped your arms around him. "Hey..hey.hey..it's ok. Why are you crying? It's natural for this to happen..you're just getting older." He seemed to stiffen. " Im..? " He looked up and profusely wiped his eyes.
"Sorry..I don't know what came over me." You smiled. And pulled him into a fighter hug. " it's alright but guy. You don't got nothing to worry about" he was silent for a minute before looking up into your eyes. You both eat there staring into each others eyes. He pushed forward being his lips to yours. "Mm-!" Before you could react, his hands were one either sides of your face. His lips gently pushed against yours,his warmth radiating from his hands into your face.
He pulled back,both of you slightly panting. He was staring at you for a moment before snapping out of his trance-like moment. "S..Sorry! I..don't know where that came from.." He never looked more embarrassed. You smiled and kissed his forehead. "Its okay ..I kinda like it.."
