The answer is YES. But the catch is there has to be some sort of payment. So here's a list of things I do and do not do:
Requests: NO. JUST NO.
Art Trades: Yes! (However these are on hold while I get some things done)
Commissions: YES YES! (However, these too are on hold.)

You are welcome to read it and request here, and pay on DA, but I only accept DA points.
Here are my rules for Art Trades:
1- I will not draw a full body picture unless that is MY condition
2- I would like my part to be done for you ASAP and I expect the same of you
3- I will remind you of your part if it is 3 weeks later than I have posted my part.
4- YOU MUST RETURN THE TRADE PLEASE. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL MY PART IS POSTED AND THEN BACK OUT. It then becomes a request and I do not do those, as stated before
