"So how have you been?" Spencer asks me after our daughters run of to play

"It's been three years without Ezra" I say shyly not liking to talk about him while our daughter was around.
Correction "MY"daughter was around.

"Has it really been THREE years?" She asks me looking down, I nod my head slowly  "what do you think happened?" She says taking a sip of coffee.

I turn my head around to make sure Kinsley wasn't any where she could hear me talking about her dad.
She was always interested about him and kept our wedding photo by her bedside.

"Quite frankly I don't know and I really don't want to" I reply picking up my cup and taking a small sip.

I then get Kinsley to leave Spencer's house "Bye Alecia" Kinsley says to my friends 4 year old daughter.
"bye spence" I say closing the car door and honking the horn.

"Mommy?" I here Kinsley call to me,
"I'm right here what's wrong baby?" I ask her as I tuck her into her bed after giving her a bath.

"We'll Alecia and all the other kids at school have a daddy so why don't I?" She asked me staring at me with those big blue eyes .I knew she would ask me this question someday but right now I guess wasn't really prepared to answer...

"Well..." I say focusing my attention on her soaking wet hair dripping down her nightgown.

"Daddy needing a break so he left for a while" I say staring down at my beautiful baby girl that Ezra and I created.

"Is it kinda like when you have spring break and you take a break from school?" She asks I nod my head and chuckle at my little girl who seems to be confused of why I was laughing.

"Your funny mommy" she says as I continue to laugh, "No your the funny one Kinsley Grey and that's why I love you so much!" I say kissing her

"More than ice cream?" she asks
"More than ice cream" I reply blowing her a kiss and turning off her nightlight.

The truth is I love her more than anything and that will never change.
