"Hey baby girl" Ezra says pushing past me and walking towards Kinsley.
How dare he call her that he has no right! I think to myself as he lifts her over his head and spins her around as she giggles.
"Ezra what are you doing here?" I say say shaking my head and staring at him with wide eyes.
"I can't come and see my daughter?" He asks pulling Kinsley closer to him.
I roll my eyes "No because you have no right to her!" I yell at him
"you're not her father anymore Ezra!"
I say suddenly overcome with anger.
He stares at me and shakes his head.
"No matter what you say or do my name is still listed under father on HER birth certificate!" He screams as Kinsley covers her ears.
"I want custody!" He says setting Kinsley on the ground and staring at me.I look at him confused.
"No" I say shrugging my shoulders he shakes his head I see his pupils grow as he walks towards me
"You'll regret this!" He whispers looking back at Kinsley every second,
He walks to the door and opens it,
"See you in court" he says slamming the door.
