I'm scared of my Alpha mate

Chapter 12

Tories P.O.V.

I woke up snuggled with Alex. I still can't believe what happened yesterday with the rogue. I could have died if Alex didn't come in time to rescue me. Just thinking about it sends chills down my spine. The worst part is not that I almost died but that I couldn't defend myself well. I was to weak to fight him I needed somebody to save me.

That can't happen again, I need to train. I'll ask Alex if he can train me so I won't be so weak and next time I can defend myself. Alex started to wake up a bit turning to me. "Morning." Alex said smiling at me with his sleepy form.

"Morning." I told him. "What's wrong?" Alex asked looking concerned.

"Nothing, just still thinking about yesterday. And how I could have gotten killed because of how weak I am." I told him while looking away from him not able to meet his eyes.

"What are you talking about, weak? You only got bitten once and you did fight one off." He told me while grabbing my chin to look in his eyes.

"It was only a bite because you got him off of me, who knows what could have happened to me if you didn't save me." I told him.

"Nothing would have happened to you, you would've got the wolf off of you and then bet his ass." Alex told me looking happy.

"Fine. But I still want to train so I don't get bitten again and just kick the dume rogues butt right away!" I told him while sitting up on the bed.

"Fine, but I can't train you I'm busy all day long." Alex said while getting out of bed.

"Ok. But I want to start training today!" I told him while getting up from the bed and rushing to the shower before him. "Hey! I was going to shower first." Alex told me while I locked the bathroom door.

I showered and changed into some sweats and a tank top to train in. "Hey, no wearing tank tops I don't want to kill any wolfs for looking at what's mine." Alex told me while looking at my tank.

"Will when you have time to train me I'll wear whatever you want. And you know what, I think its pretty hot today I'll just throw on some shorts to." I said while walking to my closet to get some booty shorts. And showing them to Alex. 

I looked over to Alex and saw him fumming mad. "So how do I look?" I asked him while trying my best to sound innocent. I do a full turn so he could see just how tight and short my clothes were.

"Fine you win! I'll train you." Alex sighed defeated. "See that wasn't so hard." I smiled to him giving him a peck on the lips.

"I have to go do something really quick be ready in an hour." He said walking out of the room.

What should I do now? Should I shower? No. I'll just get sweaty working out. I think I'll just go down and eat something so I don't get dizzy.

I go into the kitchen and see Adriana. "Hey Adriana, haven't seen you in a while." I smile to her. Even though its only been like a day. 

"Yea you too. I heard about what happened are you okay?" She asked me while taking some toast out of the toaster.

"Yea I'm fine. Alex is going to show me how to fight so I can protect myself better. But enough about me how are you?" I asked her grabbing a fruit from the basket infront of me.

"Fine, just a bit sad that my mate is so far away from me." She said looking down.

"Oh I'm so sorry what's his name?"

"Eddy, he's so sweet and caring and he makes me smile so much!" She says with a gleam in her eye. I wonder if that's how I look if I ever talk about Alex. Even if we've only known each other couple of days but I just can't imagine my life without him.

"He sounds like a nice guy I'm happy for you. Why don't you ask him to come visit you?"

"He can't since his Beta of his pack and his Alpha really needs him there." She said while looking sad.

"Oh I'm so sorry to hear that."

"Its fine, you should probably get going Alex will probably be looking for you soon since its almost been an hour."  I look over at the clock and see she's right.

"Oh yea will see you soon." I told her smiling.

I got to the room too see Alex standing there with some basketball shorts and a muscle shirt. My god did he look good. I am one lucky girl. "Hey! Where were you I told you I'd be here in an hour."

"Sorry lost track of time. I went to the kitchen to get a snack." I smiled sweetly at him.

"Its fine are you ready?" I nodded my head and followed Alex to the training field they have out back.
