Off The Internet (Narry)

I don't know what's gotten into me since I've woken up; but I just feel more into the headspace than usual. I haven't felt this far into it for months.

I got up and searched Liam's case while he slept since it's 6am; I know he brought my pacifier with us just incase I needed it.

Hey don't judge me; they are really calming to suck on.

I popped it in my mouth, then got back in the bed and opened up my phone. I started getting a few more positive responses which made me feel better; I was just still really hurt cause Niall wasn't among any of the messages.

I put my phone down and got into Liam's bed; I cuddled onto his chest and felt him wake up making me sigh.

"Why are you up?" He whispered to me looking down at me, "why do you have your dummy? I thought you got over that a few months ago." He sounded disappointed which made me feel sad.

I took it out; "It calms me Li." I said before putting it back in my mouth.

"Alright. Do you feel like going to take photos of birds today?"

I shook my head no; I didn't feel like taking any photos at the moment. I just wanted to cuddle under some blankets and watch Disney movies.

"Okay; do you want a bath? I feel like I haven't washed your hair in forever."

"Can I have bubbles." I said taking my dummy out.

"Sure I think I have some more of that cinnamon scented bubbles you like." He smiled softly at me; getting up and going to run the bath. Once it was full he added the bubbles then helped my undress and get in.

He grabbed some shampoo and conditioner and started washing my hair. I loved getting my hair washed; it was so calming. "When we get back to England tomorrow I'm probably gonna take you to get a hair cut." He said.

"Nooooooooooo." I whined.

"Calm down; I won't get it fully cut off if you don't want to but just a little trim; I've left it for too long that it's getting really disgusting." He grabbed a cup near the sink and poured water on my shampoo covered hair.

"Do you like doing everything for me?" I said closing my eyes as he poured the water on.

"I mean yeah, cause I know if I didn't feed you and wash you that you wouldn't do it for yourself and I'm not letting you live like that."

"But I mean what happens when you get a boyfriend?"

"Well I've had a few boyfriends Harry; I'll admit you make it hard to keep relationships but it's what I have to give up." He said; I felt him rub the conditioner in my hair next.

"So you'd be happier without me though?"

"No, no Harry I wouldn't be happier without you. You're my best friend." He said.

"But best friends shouldn't keep each other from dating."

"It's not you keeping me from it. Trust me Harry, you've honestly helped me see when a guy or a girl is actually there for me. Yeah it's hard cause I feel like I have to parent you but it's worth it in the end." I smiled at that; he washed the conditioner off, "You want to stay in for a while?"

"Yes please." I said playing with a few of the bubbles.

"Alright well I'll leave your pajamas and towel on the counter for when you're ready to get out; I have to leave in twenty minutes so I'm sorry if I'm not here when you get out."

"It's okay Li." I smiled at him before sinking down in the bath; he giggled at me then went out of the bathroom.
