Dani's POV

I left the roof and felt kind of weird about this new school. There didn't appear to be any students who constantly act out or are insanely annoying. They were all either average or above average. Except me, I got in using my dance and athletic skills. Everyone else seemed to have paid their way in or used heavy blackmail. I only had to use a little bit.
I entered my class and saw that there were two empty seats in the back corner. I sat down in one and put my books in the other. Everyone's eyes were on me but I didn't care. (Why are they staring? Haven't they ever seen an actual girl before?)
The guy from the roof walked in and took the seat next to me without hesitation. I eyed him carefully but he seemed to ignore me.

"Babe, are you smart?" I whispered to him.

"I am not your 'babe'. And yes I am smart, why?"

(Time to lay on the charm. Lay it on thick...)
"Fine. Oppa, can we meet up and do homework together? I don't understand the social studies part."

Hoseok's POV

(O-Oppa? Did she just call me Oppa?!)

"Uh s-sure," I muttered nervously. I saw her smirk deviously out of the corner of my eye and I knew she knew I was in her trap.

"Can we meet around 5:30? I have dance in the gym after school," she said without looking at me again.

"What about detention?"

"We actually have to do that here?" she groaned and put her head on her desk.

I chuckled at her cuteness when she gets frustrated, "Yeah. Sorry but we actually have standards here."

Her head snapped up and she glared at me, "What's that supposed to mean?!"

"Nothing. I'm just shocked at how someone like you got into this school."

She reset her jaw before she bit back, "Well those standards can't be set very high because they accepted you."

"Well I was hoping for a battle of wits but it's wrong to attack someone totally un-" she cut me off.

"If I throw a stick will you leave?" She rested her elbows on her desk and massaged her temples.

"If you're waiting for me to care about what you say about me, I hope you brought something to eat, it's gonna be a while."

RIIIIINNNNNGGGG*****

She stood up and grabbed her things, "You're gonna go far kid..."

I straightened myself, proud to have beaten her...until she finished her statement over her shoulder,

"and I hope you stay there."

DETENTION ROOM---

I walked in and saw a very angry Mrs. Lee standing at the front of the room and Danielle asleep in the back of the room. Mrs. Lee's glare snapped off of Dani and darted to me when she saw me come in,

"Ah, Hoseok, nice of you to join us. Instead of the usual silence for an hour, you two will be cleaning all the bathrooms. You are free to go once you are done. I will alert security that you two are not to leave until then. Everything you'll need is in the janitors closet."

With that, she walked out, and it was just me and sleeping Danielle in the room. I looked at her and smiled as I slowly crept closer to her. She was leaning back in her desk and slouched down with her legs straight out.
I tapped her shoulder and she didn't move. Patted her head and got no response. Ran my hand through her hair, nothing. Jabbed at her side and she didn't even shift. I noticed her hands were balled up into fists and realized she was awake. I poked her stomach again and her knuckles went white. (She's ticklish....😈)
I moved my hand to her knee to tickle the back of it and she grabbed my wrist,
