"Appa! I'm home," I called into the big house.
Eomma was upstairs asleep (per usual) after working through four in the morning and Appa was no doubt drunk as hell in the kitchen.
Appa came running out of the kitchen with a bottle in hand before he started yelling, "Useless brat!! Where were you all day?! I need a servant and you were gone! Why?!"
I held my hands out begging him to calm down, "Appa, I was at school all day. I'm sorry I got detention after school too. I didn't even go to dance practice after because you called."
Appa swung his arm and broke the bottle on the wall, "You got a detention on your first day at a new school?! This is unacceptable behavior! Your mother is upstairs sleeping so stop yelling!!"
"Appa please don't. You're the one yelling," I said this and realized I made a horrible mistake as he lunged at me with his broken bottle.
I dodged it twice before he caught my ankle as I ran. I fell and grabbed my ankle but saw him coming so I ran again. He cut the bottom of my shoe as I ran outside and slammed the front door shut behind me.
Appa threw the door open again and I continued to run for the street. A black car drove past me as I stepped onto the asphalt. A black truck was driving and slammed onto the breaks when they saw me in the street. I stopped running and turned to see my father catching up again. He had his fist and bottle raised in the air as he screamed at me.The truck stopped and they threw open the passenger door, "Get in!"
I swung myself around and hopped into the seat as I slammed the door shut. The driver continued down the road only going ten over the speed limit. His eyes never left the road as I grabbed my backpack and pulled out my hat and hoodie. Once my hoodie was on, I piled my hair on top of my head and put on the hat.
The driver pulled into a driveway to an average size house, smaller than mine but still a good size for an average sized family. He got out and helped me out when our eyes locked. I stared at him and he stared at me, still holding my hand and waist to help me down."Danielle...?"
I playfully smacked his hand on my waist, "Its Dani. So, what's the plan?"
J-Hope continued to stare at me, "You're going to stay here with us. The others know about you so don't be surprised if they ask questions. Don't bring it up if they don't. Got it?"
"Yeah. I got it."
He opened the front door and six curious heads popped up from what they were doing. (Seven guys live here? What about parents...? WAIT! These are the guys from lunch! Oh no..)
The six of them walked over to J-Hope and I as I slowly inched behind Hoseok. One of the shorter two with fluffy hair chuckled,"Aww. He's shy!"
(HE?!?! Who the hell does he think h- oh my hair is under the hat and the hoodie is big enough to not show my boobs. Got it.)
"Am not!"
The same guy looked irritated and looked to J-Hope, "Stop bringing random people over! They might be insane fans!"
I chuckled darkly before looking back at the boy from under my hat, "A fan? Of what? You? That's a funny joke little boy."
The short boy lunged forwards and everyone else reacted to push him back. The four tall ones kept eyeing me, especially the strongest looking one. The stronger looking boy spoke harshly to J-Hope,
"Stop bringing friends over and finally give us our freedom back."
I tilted my head to the side and narrowed my eyes at him, "That's a lot of f words from a young looking boy. Here's one you missed you little-"
