Oh, you don't recognize me? That's quite all right. I am Naina, here to make your life easier. I am like your.. Awkward Godmother :)
This book is not for the cool, smart, intelligent, pretty, straight-and-absolutely-on-fleek hair. This is for the people who struggle to walk straight in class, for those who have the worst hair, and a skin that could you make you rich with all the oil it has on it.
See the girl there, with I-haven't-washed-my-hair-in-7-days hair and nerdy glasses, sitting on the floor with her feet propped up on the bed? Yeah, take a guess who that is.
I am not trying to offend anyone. I have struggled with being awkward myself. I can hardly speak correctly, no body understands me, and I know how it feels. So I wanted to tell you, you are not alone in this. If you feel like the DUFF, or the constantly ignored one and get startled when anyone talks to you. please know that you are perfect nevertheless.
So I hope this helps. I hope this doesn't offend you in anyway. I hope this makes you feel better, if not best, about yourself. I hope you stop comparing your pictures with your friends'. I hope you stop getting jealous of the few people in your class, earlier described, and start living your own life.
These are some tricks that will definitely help. :) Or so I hope.
Cheers
Naina
