"You know I don't have to take you anywhere."
Dai was always considered such a pleasant soul. But with Aaliyah, he was someone else.
"Fine, but you're the one who doesn't want me to do anything stupid."
Aaliyah's pride was way more significant to her than anything else.
She tremendously wanted to go with him, she hoped that Dai would just change his mind.
"You're right.." he trailed on as she let out a faded giggle.
"What did you mean when you said you don't want me making the same mistakes as you?" she questioned, with a look of confusion shining through her blue contacts.
"Don't worry about it," he gave her a weak smile.
She shrugged as Dai's snug hands suddenly grasped upon hers.
"Now let's get out of here, missy" he ran down the rugged stairs, Aaliyah struggling to keep up.
