Can you feel your stomach twist and turn?
Can you feel your hands starting to shake?
You soon begin to grow a headache and become dizzy.
I guess it's safe to say, "Welcome to my World".

Have you ever felt like with every breath you took...
That it was getting harder and harder to breath?
And your heart rate began to pick up its speed.
And you soon found yourself hyperventilating.

Have you ever felt like your head was going to explode
Because your mind felt as if it was being pulled
In about a thousand different directions?
You were ready to scream out in frustration.

Have you ever stressed yourself out over something not even worth it?
Maybe it was that test you never has the time to study for.
Or maybe it was over that hard homework assignment the other night.
Or maybe work was getting too stressful for you.

Have you ever been so scared in public
That if you were by yourself,
You could feel everyone looking at you
And you couldn't help but wonder if they were judging you?

Have you ever cried yourself to sleep
Because you thought you were failing someone?
Maybe you felt as if you were failing yourself with school work.
Or maybe that's just a coping mechanism for you.

Have you ever felt so sick to your stomach
That you didn't know how much longer you could go
Without actually getting sick in front of everyone?
The stress demanded to be seen.

Have you ever felt like you annoyed people?
Like something you said was annoying them?
And your brain constantly shouted to you,
"Yes. You are. Leave them alone before they get even more mad."

If you've answered "No" to any of these questions,
You do not have the right to tell someone to
"Just get over it" or "just talk to someone."
It really isn't as easy as it seems.
