Normal, like being whoever you wanted to be, free, and can do everything you want.

That's what it used to be.

(Danielle at 8 yrs old)

"Danielle! Pasok na sa bahay! Tama na yan oh pinagpapawisan ka na naman." sigaw ng tita ko. Nasa labas kasi ako ng bahay, nagbi-bike. XD

"Tita teke lang-aray!" ang sakit! Nahulog kasi ako kaya nasugatan ako. Ang sakit!!! T.T

"Ayan kasi sabi ko sa'yo pumasok ka na. Halika na gamutin muna natin yang sugat mo." sabi ng tita ko. Tita ko na nakakasama ko simula pagkabata ako. Ang sabi niya, namatay na daw mga magulang ko dahil sa car accident. Mabait naman ang tita ko dahil tinuring niya akong tunay na anak bukod sa wala siyang anak.

Tapos na niyang gamutin ang aking sugat. "Tita salamat po!" nginitian niya ako at binigay sa'kin yung twalya ko. "Maligo ka na, ha? Para gumaling sugat mo. Kakain na rin tayo" sabi niya at saka bumaba. Pero bago yun, may pahabol pa siya "Pupunta sina Sam dito mamaya. Kaya bilisan mo!" then bumaba siya. Natuwa naman ako kaya naligo ako agad.

"Anong nagyari sa tuhod mo?"

"Nasugatan ako kaninang naglalaro ng bike."

"May ointment ako. Gusto mo? Para mas mabilis gumaling!"

"Sige. Salamat Sam!" then I hugged her.

Sometimes, we always look at the present. Sometimes look back from the past, but never think of the future.

We thought we have everything we need.

We thought everything is normal.

Maybe one day, everything will change.

Change.

I never thought that I am actually growing up with lies.

That I am actually not what everyone in this world thinks.

Not as normal as they.

And will never live as normal as you from the moment I entered my real world.

A world full of magical creatures.

At first, entering this new school we will attend, I was very shocked.

Then Sam, showed me some. I thought she is kind of a monster.

But she, they, only said

"You will find out soon who you really are, Danielle."

And that's what makes it UNFAIR.

We need to survive, to fight back.

Because, that is the way of living.
