KANNA's P.O.V:

"Lizzie! I'm back!" I shouted from outside the doorway, since I had left my keys inside.

"Coming!" she shouted back, the sound of keys jingling in her hand.

"What took you so--" She glared at Marlo as she opened the door. "...long?"

"Lizzie, Marlo. Marlo, this is my sister, Elizabeth, but we call her Lizzie." I introduced them, Lizzie giving me a nervous look. She laughed nervously and pulled me aside for a moment, excusing us.

"Is that who I think it is?!" she whispered excitedly.

"What do you mean?"

"C'mon! You know,  the guy! Your prince who came to your rescue-- well, sort of--and called me up from the hospital! That 'guy'!"

"Oh. Then, yeah."

"YAY! SO IT'S TRUE! OH MY GOD, I'VE BEEN DYING TO MEET HIM! But Kanna,"

"Yeah?"

"YOU NEVER TOLD ME HE WAS SO HOT!"

Ugh. Here she goes again.

"So, can he stay for the movie?" I asked, still irritated.

"Oh, you're so grown up!! Of course, he can stay!"

I gave her my calm-the-hell-up glare and she immediately regained her composure. With that, I walked back to the doorway and invited Marlo in, my sister silently screaming into one of the couch pillows. How old is she, again?

"Where do I sit?"  Marlo asked.

"Well, if you sit on the couch, just know that I'm using you as a pillow." I warned him. He shrugged and sat on it, the corner closest to the recliner. I sat on the opposite side and put my feet up on his lap while my sister splayed herself on the recliner like a little kid.

"What movie did you choose?" I asked her.

"I was feeling in the mood for a Disney movie and well, I think you know which one I picked." she smiled deviously, clicking the play button. The moment that mosaic window introduction came up, I knew exactly which one it was. And, I remembered what she'd do next. Though, I never expected Marlo to do such a thing, too.

"Little town, It's a quiet village..." Ugh, not this again.

"Ev'ry day like the one before..." Lizzie sang along with the movie enthusiastically. Then, I heard a murmur, singin' along as well, and turned towards its direction.

"Little town, full of little people waking up to say..."  Marlo sang in a laugh, though he still sang it as smoothly as ever. As soon as she heard him, Lizzie lit up and pointed at him, singing the next part.

"Bonjour! Bonjour!"

"Bonjour! Bonjour!"

"There goes the baker with his tray, like always..."

Yes, they were dancin' and prancin' to Beauty And The Beast. As soon as the song was over, Lizzie asked him: "YOU KNOW THIS MOVIE?! Well, everybody does, but not everyone knows the songs, especially that one. And that voice of yours...!"

Marlo gave her a sincere smile, of which I'd never seen in him before. He seemed... happy, despite how he usually looked.

"When I was young, I used to go home and watch movies, since I didn't really try to make friends at school. Either way, I preferred going home and immersing myself in them. I liked all kinds of movies, Disney ones in particular, but my favorite one was always Beauty And The Beast. I guess it's probably because I think a person's beauty is defined by the ones who care about him or her."
