Science (Delphine Cormier x reader)

"Y/n, what are you doing?" Delphine asked and you looked up from your laptop. "Is it another breakthrough?"

"My most important science discovery." You said before kissing her nose. "I love you."

"I love you too." Delphine said and you smiled, kissing her softly. "Now, can you explain to me what you're doing?"

"Science." You said and she gave you a look. "Originally I was playing around with genetics, but then I got bored and made us a Sims family. We've adopted because that's important."

"That doesn't look like science to me." Delphine said and you shrugged before going back to what you were originally doing, pretending to do real work while you watched her concentrate. She always had on an adorable face and the more frustrated or excited she got, the cuter she​ seemed.

"You know what's hot?" You asked and she looked up at you, anticipating a stupid reply. "That scar you have from when you got shot. Not to sound terrible, but it makes you look like a badass and I have a thing for badasses."

"Shit up and pretend to do your science." Delphine said and you missed her roughly before going back to work.
