Ch 1: Magcon Tour

I wake up excited as ever. "Today's the day," I say in my head. I tiptoe out of the rooms and go to the bathroom. I take a long hot shower. Then I get dressed, in my Magcon shirt and shorts, Kendall is wearing the matching one. I met Kendall when we were 6. She lives in the orphanage with me. I have been up for adoption for the last 17 years or so.

I carefully pin each golden strand of hair into my messy bun. I put a purple bandana on to match the shirt. Then I walk downstairs to get breakfast. " Up this early?" Mrs. Halleck asks. "Yup, today is the day I go to Magcon with Kendall," I say enthusiastically. "Well since you are up early, you can eat the fresh pancakes," she says pointing to the freshly made pancakes.

Mmhhh. I could smell the scent of fresh pancakes with butter melting over it. I go over and grab some, and then grab orange juice and syrup.

I go sit down and eat them. " Thank you very much Mrs. Halleck," I say politely then walk carefully up the stairs. I grab my phone, penny board and purse and ride my penny board around waiting for Kendall. Then she comes out ready to go.

" Mrs. Halleck can you take a picture of us in our matching outfits?" Kendall asks. Mrs. Halleck nods and takes a picture of us.

I take the picture and post it on Instagram. The caption says: matching in our Magcon shirts, can't wait for today. I tag Kendall and all the Magcon boys in the corner of the picture. Some of them like the picture and Kendall and I can't help ourselves but scream.

"Let's go girls," Mrs. Halleck says going into the car.

The car ride feels like forever, then finally we get here. I see loads of screaming girls running into the building. "We must be in the right place," Kendall says letting out a little chuckle.

We grab our V.I.P passes and run inside. We both look at each other with that look, the look that we are both determined to fan girl but won't because it would make us look like creeps.

We walked into the building trying not to scream. I follow Kendall
into the V.I.P section and we stand there.

Soon the place gets crowded with screaming girls. We try to contain our excitement.

Then all of the Magcon boys walk out and the girls scream like it's Channing Tatum without a shirt on.

I mean of course they are to die for especially Matt. We stay and watch them for about an hour, and they did lots of things, question and answer from the audience, they told stories, and they even started twerking to music.

It was the best day ever. Then after we went to the V.I.P party.

I walked with Kendall to the V.I.P party. We got there and they all greeted us. " I think you know who we are, but what are your names?" Nash says after a minute. " I'm Jordyn, and this is Kendall," I said pointing to her.

I could instantly see Cameron darting his brown eyes up and down at Kendall, looking at her beautiful brown curls and big blue eyes. Then Kendall walked over to Cameron and started talking to him.

I saw Matt from across the room and couldn't help myself but stare at him, looking away quickly as his eyes dart to me.

I see Matt walk over to me. "Shit!" I think in my head. "Hi Jordyn," Matt says. I think in my head the way that he says me name, over and over again.

After that we all go into a group and we just chat with everyone and take pictures together. Then it is over and we leave.

Kendall and I hop on our penny boards and ride home. "Um Kendall?" I ask. "I think we are lost," she responds. "I think so too," I say scared.

"Wait! Is that Magcon?!" I say. "It is!" Kendall shrieks. We both get off our penny boards and wave frantically for them to stop and help us....
