Ch 2: Adopted?!

Kendall keeps jumping up and down waving for them to see us. Then Nash steps off the bus and walks to us. "What's up?" Nash questions. "We are lost and can't find our way back!" Kendall says and I nod. "Well do you want a ride," Nash insists. We hop on and wave to all of them. "Are you lost," Jack G. asks. "Yea we can't find our way back to our home," I weep. The bus starts up again and we are off. I sit down next to Carter and Matt, and Kendall sits next to Cameron and Nash , and is giving directions to the driver.

Before we know it we are back. "Thanks so much guys," I say politely. We wave and hop off the bus. "wait I'm walking you in!" Nash yells hopping off the bus and walks with us. We walk in and Nash looks in awe, " you guys are orphans?" Nash asks. "Yea sadly," Kendall says.

"Well go pack!" Nash yells and walks to the office. "whats that supposed to mean?" I ask Kendall as we run up the stairs. "I'm not sure but let's pack anyway," Kendall says. I pack everything then run downstairs. "Good news, we are adopting you!" Nash says happily. "Really!" Kendall yells. "Can I take my sister, Jacey?" I ask. "Of course," Nash says. I run upstairs.

"Jay! Come here," I scream. "What do you want Jordyn!" she yells back, staring into my eyes. Her eyes are blue like the sky, they are perfect, she is skinny and has the right curves, her golden hair goes down to her mid back like mine. She is perfect, everyone says we look like twins but she is 13 and I'm older. "We are being adopted!" I shriek. "No way!" Jacey screams and runs to her room to pack. "I'll pack your makeup stuff!" I scream running into her bathroom and collecting all her things. "Ready?" I ask. "Ready!" She yells. We both slide down the rails of the staircase holding her things.

"Back," I say. "Let's go then!" Nash says. "Bye Mrs. Halleck, bye everyone!" we all say leaving the place with our bags. We hop onto the bus. The minute we get on everyone stops talking and looks at Jacey. "Oh sorry guys, this is my younger sister Jacey, Jay for short," I say looking at her. I instantly see two big blue eyes glued on Jacey, they belong to Hayes'. His eyes are practically on the floor and his jaw is dropped low. I walk by Hayes and flick him upside the head then giggle and go to sit in the back.

This time Nash sits next to me, Kendall sits next to Cameron, and Jay sits next to Hayes.

"What happened..?" Nash asks uncertain if it was the right thing to say. " My mom died giving birth to me and my dad got re married and died in a car crash when Jay was 6 months old," I say trying not to let a tear escape from my eye. "Well don't worry, we will be like your second family," Nash says as he smiles. "Thanks," I say as I doze off to sleep listening to the ruckus of the boys.

I am awaken by someone shaking my shoulder. "Yes?" I ask while my eyes open all the way. " We are here," Nash says. We all get off the bus and wave to the bus driver as he leaves. I take all my things into the house. Man this place is huge. "Welcome to our house," Hayes yells. They show us around the house and then take us to a part of the house off to the side of the main one. It has three bedrooms. Two on the first floor and one on the second. Jay and Kendall grab the bottom rooms so I run upstairs and claim that one. My room is huge, it is modernly designed, and it is really fancy and the walls are painted blue, my favorite color. I unpack and hang posters and pictures on one of the walls. I run down the stairs and meet up with Kendall and Jay. We walk back to the main part of the house and everyone is leaving. "Where are you going!" Kendall shouts. "To the mall wanna come?" Aaron asks. "Sure," we all reply. We run to the grass where we left our penny boards and we grab them and catch up to the rest of them.

I ride next to Jay and talk to her. Kendall just stays behind everyone. " race you all to the mall," Jack J. yells. Everyone zooms ahead of Jack, who yelled that. I zoom past Jack, other Jack, Shawn, and Aaron. I then ride past Hayes and Nash. I finally zoom past Matt. "Haha have fun loosing to a girl," I say, look back, and smirk. I count everyone behind me. I'm missing someone! Then I look forward and see Carter. "Not so fast Carter!" I scream and zoom towards him. "You think I'm loosing to a girl," Carter laughs. "Your about to," I say and zoom past him, the mall now in site. I arrive at the mall and sit down outside waiting for the slow pokes to arrive. Then Carter and Matt arrive. "Sometimes slow and steady doesn't win the race," I say and smirk. Then the rest arrive. "Have fun loosing to a girl?" I ask. We all laugh and walk in. We walk around for a while, then Matt walks up to me.

"Come with me I want to show you something," Matt says tugging on my hand like he Is a little kid that see a toy in the display window. "We are really going here?" I ask. "Yup," Matt says dragging me into the store. He pulls me past the women's section and towards the men's. "You really wanted to show me these!" I laugh. "Well yea Im buying some more." Matt chuckles. He looks through them and I roll my eyes. He picks one up and says," what about these"? Matt is holding up a pair of boxers with the American Eagle logo printed in big font over the rims of them. "Yea sure whatever" I giggle. He picks up a handful and walks to the cashier. " You have to try some, they are really comfy," Matt chimes in. "No I don't want any," I protest. "Well your getting at least one," Matt retorts and drags me to the womens section. "Look through them," Matt laughs obnoxiously.

"Fine!" I yell and look through them. "They only have thongs!" I'm not buying a thong!" I yell again. "But you said you would buy one," he chuckles. "Fine," I say and pick out a polka dotted one and flick it at his face. "Eww that could have been on a fat persons butt ewww," he screams like a little girl and I can't help myself but laugh. "Oh so what if this one was touching a mans hairy balls," he laughs flicking it at my head. "Eww! And you are gonna wear those now after describing it that way!" I shriek. "Yup," he smirks, grabs one of the thongs and walks to the cashier. "I'm not wearing that," I scream as he walks away to pay. Gosh sometimes he can be a pain in the neck.

*Kendall Cook*

I'm sitting at a table with all the boys and Jacey. "Come here," Cameron says waving me over. I walk over to him. "Yes?" I ask. He puts some of his ice cream on my nose. "COLD!" I shriek. All the boys laugh at me. "It's not funny!" I scream and throw some ice cream at Cameron. It turns into an icecream fight and before you know it we are all covered in lots of colors of ice cream. "Let's go home so I can change!" I shriek and everyone gets up and exits the mall. We all hop on our penny boards and take off. "I think we forgot Matt and Jordyn," Hayes says then laughs. "Oh well they will find there way back, at least one of them is smart," I say and we all laugh.

We finally get home and I run to my room to change. I take off my shorts and shirt and I'm in my bra and spandex and someone comes in. I quickly shove a crop top in and see it's just Cameron. "Don't you know how to knock!" I scream and flick him. "I could have been butt naked and you would have walked in," I yell and slap him upside his head and giggle. "Well I'm bored so i came in," Cameron says. "Oh well if you knocked maybe I would have answered," I reply. "Wanna watch a movie!" Cameron asks. "Sure!" I say. "What do you want to watch?" he asks. "Um anything, how bout mhm oh I know Sharknado because I love that movie," I say. "well I've never seen that one so put it in,"cameron says. I put it in and the movie starts. I jump onto my bed and watch. Cameron sits on the bed, sitting awfully close to me, I can't help my self but blush. "You know you blush a lot?" Cameron says and pokes my cheek and I blush again.

" They left us!" I shriek as we ride back to the house. "Yea I know, it's pretty common of them to. "Oh well I'll make sure to stay near them next time," I say. It's pitch black outside and only the street lights are on. "I'm cold!" I scream as we ride up a hill. "Oh well want my sweater I'm not cold," Matt asks. "Sure," I reply. He takes it off and hands it to me. Apparently it's normal to not have a shirt on underneath a sweatshirt. Holy shit! He has abs! I look at him but as soon as he catches me I look away. "weirdo!" he screams and throws a rock at me. "Well I'm sorry but it's not normal to have nothing under a sweatshirt!" I scream back. We both laugh and then we get to Matts house. "Well goodnight Matt, see you later," I say as I ride back to Nash and Hayes' house....
