Chapter two

Chapter 2

(Kaitlyn's p.o.v)

As I sat in my new room, all I could think about is why we had to move so soon.

"Kaitlyn, get out of that room. You can walk around the city. I don't mind, I mean we are in London for crying out loud." My mom yelled from down stairs.

"Fine, but what if I get lonely or hungry?" I yelled back, not wanting to leave my room.

"You can take your phone, and your dad and I are going to give you money." She knew that I would want to go shopping in London, so I took her up on her offer.

After about an hour of waking around London, I found a cute little coner store that caught my eyes. It was a smaller store and it had rose vines on the outside of it, once you walk in the was a lady who would greet you. The store had so many cute outfits.

"Hello, my name's Rose." I turned around to see a girl who was about 5'4', and had long brown hair that went to her waist. It had a little bow in it that mached her shoes. She was wearing a purple sun dress that went to the top of her knees, and her shoes were blue flats. (Picture above)

"Hi, I'm Kaitlyn." I replied

"Woah, your American!" Rose said surprised.

I laughed, because for me it's normal being American, and for them it's like being, well, British.

"Yeah, I moved here about a week ago. This is actually my first time around London." I said trying to hold back my laughter.

"Really, I need to show you around. I've

lived here my whole life."

"Wait, so you don't like one Direction?" Rose said.

"No, why are all my friends such big fans of them?" I said.

"Because, they are awesome!" Rose said, almost screaming in the middle of the mall.

"Well, I'm hungry can we get food?" I said, pouting so she would say yes.

"Fine, but we aren't gonna eat here, let's go some were else."Rose said with a smirk on her face.

"Why can't we just eat here?" I said confused.

"Because, my friends are some were else and I want you to meet them!" Rose told me.

(Rose's p.o.v)

I was happy I meant a new friend. Normally when I meet new people, they just use me. I only really had two other friends, but Kaitlyn reminds me of them.

"Hurry up kaitlyn, middle name, last name!" I yelled. I heard her laugh because I didn't know her full name. It's not my fault she just hasn't told me it yet.

"Here we are!" I said, looking for my friends while Kaitlyn went to order food.

(Kaitlyn's p.o.v)

"Umm, can I have a number one with fries?" I told the cashier.

"Fries? Miss we don't have fries." She told me she looked confused.

"Okay, I'll have chips." I told her once I saw they had a bags of lays.

Once I got food, I was confused they said the didn't have french fries, and I order chips.

"Kaitlyn, you looked confused." Clair, Rose's friend, said.

"Oh, well I asked for fries and she said they didn't have any, but when I asked for chips, she gave me fries.

" That's when the whole table started laughing.

"Oh kaitlyn, chips are fries. That's what they are called in England. Wow you do have a lot to learn." Rose said still laughing.

"Bye Rose, bye Clair, and bye Ross" I said as I walked in my door.

"Hello sweetie," My mom Said "did you make any friends?"

"Yes mom." I replied.

"What are their names? What are they like?" She said with care in her voice. I loved my mom, but she asked to many questions.

"Rose,Clair and Ross. Clair and Ross are dating, and Rose was the first one I met." I said

"Okay, dinner's almost done."

After dinner I went on Twitter and saw I had three new friend request. It was from Rode, Ross, and Clair.

"Knock knock." My bother said as he entered my room.

"What do you want?" I said, not looking at him.

"Who was that girl you were with earlier? The one with the bow?" He said. I know he wanted to date her.

"That's Rose, and she's not your type, she's my age!!" I said. He looked at me like he was hurt.

"No need to shout. She's hot, and age doesn't matter." He said all snotty like.

"I didn't shout, and three years might not be a lot, but you should be starting college again soon, and I don't want her to get hurt. Now leave!" I yelled that time, but I don't want my bother to date my first friend in England.

Authors note: okay, so I didn't know how to end that chapter at all, and I tried to make It longer than the last chapter but it's still sort. I'm gonna update fast hopefully but that means short chapters. Tell me if you rather have short chapters and fast updates, or long chapters and slow updates.
