Chapter twenty-one

Chapter 21

(Emma's pov)

I woke up to the sight of my boyfriend, his blonde hair over his face, somewhat to a curl, but mainly a wave at the ends, making a fringe above his eyes. His blue eyes started to slowly open and he smiled as he looked at me, his face glowing even though he just woke up.

"Good morning Matt." I smiled as he kissed my forehead.

"Good morning, what time is it?" He asked, his voice tired as he needed his morning tea. To him, coffee is evil and stunts your growth even though he's six foot, one.

"Ten thirty-seven." I laughed as he got up out of bed, in only his super man pants. They hung low enough that you could see his ice cream boxers.
"Where are you going?" I asked my boyfriend, who looked at me showing his six pack, making me smile.

"I need to take a wazz then I need my tea, you silly person." He laughed, walking into the bathroom and pulling his pants down to take his wazz. He forgot to close the door, like always, but I didn't care because he had a cute butt.

"You forgot to close the door!" I yelled, getting up and going into the closet to find my outfit for the day.

"Crap, sorry honey. Also, were you looking at my butt again?" He laughed.
I know he knew the answer.

"Maybe, but don't judge me it was there and it's cu-!" I was cut of by the sound of my cousin running in the room.

"Not this again! Every morning he forgets to close the door, you stare , and he laughs, knowing you looked, but not saying that. Then you say it's cute and I cry every night thinking about it." She said quite quickly, taking a gulp of air after she said it.

"Sorry Mich." Matt said, saying his nickname for her, making her cringe. She loved him like a brother, but hated that name.

"It's fine Matty." She smiled back as he cringed in reply. That was their relationship, like a brother and sister, that's what made me happy .

"I wish I had I nickname that I hated." I said, looking down.

"Fine Em." Michelle laughed as I laughed along.

I walked into work with Michelle, ready to start the day. I hate work a lot, I'm only working here for Michelle and to keep me on my feet until I can get paid for my 'main job' as a YouTuber.

"Emma, I'm checking in." Michelle said, walking to the back of Nando's to say she's here. I walked over to the kitchen to get my apron that had a pen and my note pad so I could help out the other workers.

So, after what seemed like ages working, Michelle was called in to see the boss, and that worried me. Michelle came out looking sad and depressed. Last time she had that face was when, well, let's not think about that.

"Michelle, what happened?" I asked, trying not to push her.

"I was, umm, fired." She said, looking down at her shoes and playing with the string of her apron.

"Why?" She always got the best tips and was kind to the people.

"For only being an 'okay' waitress." She yelled, making a scene, a tear rolling down her cheek.
"You know what Emma, fuck this place!" She yelled, flipping the place off and storming out. I apologized for her then ran out after her.

Kaitlyn wanted us to come over, saying that Rose wasn't gonna be there so we agreed. Michelle needed the break. Once we got there, Kaitlyn opened the door and inside her house were Niall, Caden, and Matt.

"Why are you here?" I asked, kissing my boyfriend.

"Kaitlyn, called me and said that you were going to be here and so were Niall and Caden." He shrugged.

"Oh, thanks Kaitlyn."

"No problem, make yourselves comfortable." She smiled, turning around to be with Niall. Michelle awkwardly stood in the corner of the room, watching everyone until Caden walked up to her and picked her up from behind, when she wasn't looking.

"Caden, let me go!" She screamed, pounding his back lightly and kicking her legs in the air, accidentally kicking him directly in the balls. He winced in pain. I laughed along with Kaitlyn, Matt, and Niall.

"I'm so sorry Caden." Michelle said, getting off his back and getting him frozen peas.

"Ew, I'm not eating those." Kaitlyn said, crinkling her nose.

"You don't even like peas!" Niall laughed. She lightly hit his arm.

"Yeah, but I like the little explosion you get from eating them." She stated, laughing a bit.

"You're a dork." Niall laughed.

"But I'm your dork. Wait no I take that back, I don't want to be one of those couples ew. Burn it from your minds, that never ever happened." She laughed. I felt a little embarrassed. That's the kind of couple Matt and I are.
