With this being the final part of the Monk Trilogy, it was getting high expectations. From the next time trailers it seemed like a Blink episode, with the Doctor barely appearing. Does it uphold the amount of hype towards it? Let's find out.

We begin by seeing a woman getting arrested because of the propaganda that the Monks were  only around for 6 months. While this is happening The Doctor is doing a monologue on the TV. Now it turns out that later in the episode The Doctor is putting on a act? W....what?!

If you've seen the videos on the Doctor Who channel they kept saying how The Doctor has been fucking brainwashed! No, he was pretending to keep himself under the radar. This really made me mad because the only reason everyone was looking forward to this episode was because The Doctor seemed like he would be the antagonist and Missy would help Bill and Bald Guy to stop him. That would've been cool as shit!!

Anyway, Bill and Nardole board a ship after getting reunited and Bill is narrating over the entire segment, to her mum. Which got old real quick. After being sneaky little ninja's. The cringy duo then find Gandalf and he... keeps pretending to he processed and provokes Bill to fucking shoot him!! But then he pranks Bill and does that fake regeneration horseshit. Gsgagajkaiash....this episode summarises Clickbait very quickly.

I know this seemed like a negative rant. But believe me, the second part picks up considerably, I like how the pyramid from last week appeared again. The part where Bill's mother stops the Monks is actually really cool. But the only gripe I have is how little Missy appeared. Hopefully she has a more prominent role in the finale.

Final Verdict - 6.5/10

Next week is a female ice warrior! Which is awesome because the episode Cold War was fucking epic. I love the Ice Warriors!!

Bye!
