Round 2: The Forbidden Forest

     You’ve been at Hogwarts for a few weeks now, and are settling in for the school year quite successfully. This round will focus on your character’s adventure in the Forbidden Forest, accompanied by Hagrid, who will introduce you to a magical creature of your choice.

     Again: For this round, you must adventure into the Forbidden Forest with Hagrid, and experience an encounter (friendly or dangerous, your choice) with a magical creature.

             If you have any questions, please PM us and we’ll answer them as best we can.

RULES:

1. You must describe your adventure in the Forbidden Forest at some point in the entry.

2. You must encounter a magical creature of your choice.

3. If you have any swearing or violence in your entry, please put a warning at the beginning of your entry.

4. You may adventure into the forest with other contestants, as long as you check with them that it’s okay.

5. Be respectful and all that nice stuff. If your character is a mean character, please check with the other writers before you insult their characters… some might not be as comfortable with that as others.

6. Please send us your entry via Private Message.

**NOTE: Entries will be due on MARCH 23rd, by 11:59 PM mountain time.

     This is the first round that will end with the elimination of FOUR contestants, so make sure you hand your entries in on time! Anybody who doesn’t hand them in without reason or simply because they “Didn’t feel like it” or “Forgot”, will have five points docked from their score at the end of the round.
