   Maddy's Pov

I clenched Peters hand tightly as we both stepped through the door. As we did we landed on a wooden floor with mats all over the place.

"Where are we now?" Peter asked. "My fencing unit" I answered looking around at the old memories.

Then all of the children came running in, including 10 year old me. "Ok grab a partner and let's go!" The teacher yelled. I ran over to some Jared guy. He was pretty good but I was better.

Left, right, left, block, under swoop and point. Then the teacher walks over. Little did I know Jared was his son. "Since you think your all high and mighty Madison, how about you go fence you sister" The teacher commanded.

"But she's the best in the class" I state. Jen was 3 years older than me with way more skill. She even took down the teacher. "Well seems like you think you can beat that record so go do it".

As my mini self slowly walked towards Jen a evil grin came upon her face. "Ready to get your butt wooped, and you know what mom and dad said about losing matches" she said with a sly smile. "On guard," she said pointing her sword at me. Right, Block, Jump, left, left, duck. But then she swooped my feet up causing me to hurdle towards the ground. Then she pointed her sword at my neck, "I win" She stated with a smirk. That smirk was stained in my mind.

Just then a short giggle popped up in the classroom. Then a quiet laugh that led to a  loud chuckle. By them the whole class was laughing at my defeat.

   "Loser"
                      "Wimp"

"No good little kid" -My sister said.

I ran out of the room, crying. Alone with no one to cheer me up or tell me I wasn't just some useless little kid who could do nothing but cry.

Then my now present self walked outside and walked outside and watched past me cry. I sat next to her and gave her a hug, she couldn't feel it but it made me feel better.

Then I had to come back in. My other opponents were now using all of Jen's tactics making it impossible to win. Each time I lost I got called another name.

With still, no one there for me.

I turned to Peter, and gave him a small smile and another hug. His hugs made me feel so much better. Even if he was the reason I'm here, he was helping me through it and that's all that matters to me. I looked into his dashing green eyes. They made me feel as if I could do this. I knew that's what he was saying.

Another door appeared from the sky. Here we go again.
