Narrator: "Jake and new friend Dillon set off for the village of Venol, a place known for the insane amounts of venomous animals."

Jake: "Feels good to have my jacket back on. (in head) I didn't need to say something so retatded."

Dillon: "Do you have to wear a jacket everyday in Blizentia?"

Jake: "Bro, you don't even understand how cold it gets, especially in winter. (in head) Bro? I'm really pulling some ass word choice."

Narrator: "As the two talked they noticed a creature in a nearby tree."

Both: "S-S-S.... SPIDER!"

The two overreact and immediately burn and freeze all nearby trees.

Jake: "We must be getting close to Venol. (in head) At least we share something in common."

Dillon: "(afraid) Exactly."

Narrator: "The two then start walking nervously, thinking about how they both are TERRIFIED of spiders."

Dillon: "Look, I can see Venol from here."

Jake: "Want to run the rest of the way?"

Dillon: "(nodding) Yes."

The two run as fast as they can until they reach the entrance of Venol."

Jake: "Let's just find the person with the pendent, get the sacred weapon, and then get out of here before I crap myself."

Dillon: "Agreed."

Narrator: "However, shortly after the 2 entered the village they realized something."

Both: "Everyone has a venomous pet don't they?"

Jake: "And, the most common one appears to be spiders. (in head) Well fuck me anyway."

The 2 immediately pee a little.

Narrator: "In Venol they train in dagger-play in order to be quick, yet deadly in dealing with enemies. They also tamed the nearby venomous animals to be even more deadly, However no one has ever declared war."

Jake: "We should hurry."

Just then a strange girl walks up to them.

Girl: "Is this your first time here in Venol?"

Dillon notices her pendent.

Dillon: "That was very lucky."

Girl: "What was lucky?"

Dillon: "You are wearing the pendent were looking for."

Girl: "You mean this pendent my dad left for me?"

Shows both of them her pendent.

Jake: "Exactly what were looking for. Quick question, what's your name? (in head) I can barely keep calm with Dillon, so she will completely shatter my cool."

Girl: "Annabelle. Annabelle Caihm. Do you mind telling me what is so special about my pendent?"

Jake: "Can we go to your home first? (in head) Need. To. Shut. It. Now."

Annabelle: "Okay, just be careful what you say around my mom, she has an extremely deadly pet spider and she lets it kill those she doesn't like."

Narrator: "The two froze themselves in fear."

Dillon: "Let's not screw this up."

Jake: "We forgot to introduce ourselves, my name is Jake Ayleaus, and my friend here is Dillon Nars."

The two boys arrive at the home of the young lady Annabelle Caihm, where they quickly meet her mother.

Annabelle' Mom: "Annabelle, who are these two strangers? You know what I do to those who I find unpleasant."

Annabelle: "I know mom, listen these two boys names are Jake and Dillon and they know something about my pendent."

Annabelle's Mom: "Oh? Then what proof do these boys have that they know a deeper meaning behind your pendent, that a beyond redeemable father gave you?"

Jake: "This is all the proof you need."

Then another one of the mysterious creatures appears behind them.

Dillon: "Did one of things follow us?!"

Annabelle: "I got it!"

Annabelle quickly takes it out.

Jake: "Now that was taken care of."

Narrator: "Then the light in that woman's eyes changed as soon as she saw their similar pendents."

Annabelle's Mom: "Was by any chance either of your boy's moms named Leah?"

Jake: "You knew my mother?"

Annabelle's Mom: "Come in you two, I knew your mother well, Jake correct? I was there when your mom entrusted my repulsive husband with that pendent."

Jake: "So my mom was the one who sent the 6 pendents across Toriph?"

Annabelle's Mom: "Yes, now come inside, I want to know the secret that pendent my daughter has worn her entire life is."

Narrator: "Our two heroes explain every detail they can about the pendents and how Annabelle has to go see the village chief, get into the sacred shrine, and prove herself worthy of wielding the weapon inside. Jake even mentions his mother's death and his brother's disappearance."

Annabelle: "No way! I get to do all of that!?"

Dillon: "Yes, and we have one word that will get you through the trial, resolve."

Annabelle: "Resolve?"

Jake: "Yep, just have resolve and you will get out of the trial will barely a scratch."

Annabelle's Mom: "This is too much to take in at once."

Jake: "Try how we had to get this in our heads, we didn't really have parents at the time we found out."

Annabelle: "Well, our chief, Markus is currently out of town until tomorrow. Hey, why don't you spend the night and we will go visit him tomorrow."

Dillon: "Why not? However, can you please keep that spider away from us as much as possible?"

Annabelle's Mom: "Why? He doesn't bite unless I let him."

Annabelle: "Isn't it obvious mom? This is their first time in Venol, and they are scared of spiders."

Annabelle's Mom: "Oh, okay, I'll just leave my little darling in my room."

Jake: "Thank you."

Dillon: "Knowing that, I think I can actually sleep tonight."
