Ember - The elements part 1

Their world

everyone has a place, we call it the elemental system, in our world you are born into one of the 3 main elements, water, fire, air, and earth. It wasn't always this way, a long time ago there was a 4th element, sprite (also known as Fridur), Spirit was said to be one of the most advanced element, Spirit elements were very connected to the world and was belived to be able to speak to the gods, Spirit is always very difrent because the element will not follow a certen type of charictor trate like the others, they live to create their own path. Spirit also is not limited to one type of element magic, as they get older they are able to use more and more spells from the elements. as time went on less and less people were born into this element. and soon no one was apart of the element. being born into one of the elements is all dependent of the gods that gave you life, what element you are most bonded too and also what your parents are is also taken into account. 

Growing up my family always called me "Spirit", because i never acted the way my element would normally act. I was born into the water element, and normally the people born in the same element as you would act in similar ways. Like for example people born into the fire element would be more aggressive, protective and will always be wanting to be in control of a situation. Unlike water signs, we are clam and collected my element would rather sit with a book then fight off whatever is out in our world.  

And that's why i am a Paradox, i act like fire but i also act like water, i have a soul that longs to be Earth and i can be as silent as the wind. My family always tired "straighten me up" even in *"school"* they always pushed me to be water, act like water, be with my element but of cause that didn't work.

but that is their world, my world is totally different. 

  ** (we don't actually go to learn real life things since are family would teach us that at home, are school is a place were young kids go to learn about the elements, gods, goddesses and monsters they teach kids how to use their element and also how our faction system works)
