2 days later ......
They both slowly began to wake , though they were not in the same place they had fallen asleep a few days before .
" wheres Draco ? " Hermione asked the medi-witch leaning over her
"that will be all poppy , i need to speak with these two " Mcgonogal stated
" yes Minerva " Madame Pompfrey stated before she walked over to her office
" Headmistress? where am i ? and where's Draco?" Hermione asked again
" im here mia " Draco said from the bed next to her
" you both are in the hospital wing , someone had slipped a dreamless sleep potion in your drinks and you have been asleep for two days " Mcgonogal stated calmly
"what?" Hermione asked confuesed
"who would do this to us ? and why ?" Draco asked
" i don't know Mr.Malfoy , but that is what i am intending to find out " Mcgonogal stated plainly .
" do we have to stay here , or are we free to leave ?" Hermione eventually asked
" you are free to leave , though i do suggest you two to stay in your common room until further notice " Mcgonogal replied
" yes professor " Draco answered , standing up from his bed
He walked over to Hermione's bed and held her hand reasuringly as she began to get up . She gave him a little squeeze and sat up straight , feeling a bit light headed she lay back down , not feeling strong enough to stand up .
" what's up mia?" Draco asked concerned
" i can't get up , i feel dizzy " she replied
" do you want me to help you ?" he asked , wanting to get out of the hospital wing .
" yeah okay , i'll see what i can do " Hermione replied , scared of how weak her body actually was .
" come on then " he said , wrapping an arm around her waist to help her stand .
She stood slowly and then nearly fell over as her legs began to give in . He picked her up bridal style and gave her a little smile in reasurance .
" what are you doing ?" she asked worried
" im carrying you back to the common room , your obviously not strong enough to walk on your own or even with help , so ill take you " Draco stated " professor , is there a new password for the common room ?" he asked Mcgonogal .
" no it is the same password as two nights ago , i was aware that it would be to much information and confusion for the two of you to handle after this dramatic event " Mcgonogal replied .
"okay , thank you " Draco stated before carrying Hermione out of the hospital wing and towards their common room .
They arrived at the portrait of snape and Draco said the password and carried Hermione inside . He took her to his room and lay her down , fluffed the pillows to make sure she was comfortable and then covered her over with a blanket .
" how are you feeling mia?" Draco asked worriedly
" a little better , but surprisingly , im very tired " she replied with a weak smile
Draco chuckled at this and then kissed her forhead softly .
" dray? ..... where are you going ?" she asked concerned
" dont worry i'm just going to the toilet and then i'm going to lie down with you " he replied reasuringly
"okay " she replied letting her head hit the pillow slowly .
