A/N: Polysexual Pride! Don't change for anyone, love you all, and enjoy!
For me, the door is only open for some people, but not everyone. My door doesn't open for males and females only. My door doesn't open for everyone. My door does open for males and masculine people, but it's not that I don't find femals or feminine people attractive either. My door normally stays closed, no matter what, though.
"Ryan! Hey, Ryan! How are you?" It was Emma. She lived a few towns over from me and we haven't seen each other in a while. But today, Pride was going on and we got to go so we decided we'd meet up with each other.
"Emma! Oh my god, I haven't seen you in forever! I'm good, how are you?" I asked her and gave her a hug.
"I'm good! Hey, I hope you don't mind but I brought a friend with. It's his first time at Pride and said he would want to go with someone he knew rather than by himself," Emma told me and I nodded my head.
"Yeah, no. That's fine. I don't mind at all. Where is he?" I asked and she turned around and took a few steps before reaching out for someone. She grabbed her friend's hand and dragged him towards where I was standing.
"Ryan, this is Dash. Dash, this is Ryan," Emma introduced us. We shook hands and I swore I felt a tingle when our hands touched.
"So, we all know I'm a hardcore lesbian, so why don't you guys chat about our sexualites or something while I go talk to that cute girl over there," Emma said then left. Dash and I just kinda stood awkwardly for a minute.
"So, uh, I'm a polysexual," I said, awkwardly scracthing at the back of my head.
"That's cool, I'm bi," Dash told me and I nodded my head.
"So, how did you meet Emma?" We asked at the same time.
"Oh, sorry," we said at the same time and then we started laughing. After our small laughing fit, we tried to ask the question again.
"So, how did you meet Emma?" I asked Dash and he smiled.
"I met her at school. I just came in a few months ago and we clicked instantly. How did you meet her?" Dash asked.
"I met her online, actually. We followed each other's accounts for a while and then decided to start talking and we actually created an Instagram page together to help people with LGBT+ stuff," I told him and he nodded his head.
"That's so cool! What's the account name? I'm gonna follow it," Dash said, pulling out his phone. He opened Instagram and handed it to me. I typed in our account name and clicked on it, then handed him his phone back.
Dash and I were talking when Emma walked back over, her arm slung over a girl's shoulders.
"So, are you two a thing yet or..?" Emma asked and my face instantly heated up. I looked over at Dash and noticed that he was blushing too.
"W-Well, I mean we just met so..." I dragged out and she shrugged her shoulders.
"You guys have been talking for a while so I just kinda thought that maybe you would've already became a thing, but it's cool. No rush. But it's gonna happen," Emma pointed out and I rolled my eyes.
"No offense, but I'm not sure Emma," Dash said, shrugging his shoulders.
"You'll see," Emma smirked, and then introduced us to her new girlfriend, Jen.
