Chapter 20- His Anger.

Ethan waited impatiently at the car park for his girl. He can't let that kiss cloud his mind for all we know it was just family because she did say she was visiting her godfather. He was constantly looking at his watch when he saw the familiar mustang turn at the gate. She parked right at the spot that Ethan was standing in. Getting out of the car Jade looked at Ethan curiously.

"Hi?" Jade asked rather than greeted. Ethan didn't say a thing and just grabbed her face. He kissed her roughly hoping to put the doubts at the back of his mind. She tried to keep up with his assault onto her lips but she couldn't. Jade protested a bit hitting his chest. This wasn't like the usual kisses he gave her it's almost like he wanted to mark her. Jade felt scared. He finally pulled away but Jade had little unshed tears in her eyes. He instantly felt guilty but before he could say anything Jade turned and ran for her room. He chased after her but she zipped through the library and then hallways. He lost her at the many turns. Ethan hated that this college had so many turns and rooms it made him lose track of his girl while she was hurt and by him no less. He called her phone but got no response.

"Damn it!" Ethan shouted running a frustrated hand through his hair. His phone started to ring. He instantly looked at the phone but was disappointed when it was Angelo. "What?!" Ethan snapped at the phone.

"Sheesh easy boy. I just passed Jade and she's looking a bit scared. What happened?"

"My anger may have gotten out of control a little." Ethan said sitting on a nearby bench.

"Dude I keep telling you about your anger issues. You have no idea how scary you can get." Angelo told him.

"Man what do I do? She isn't answering my calls."

"Well let me think." Ethan waited. "I may have an idea. Meet me at the room in ten minutes." Angelo hung up then Ethan tried calling Jade's phone again but no luck. He then messaged her but still no reply. He called her a few more times but same result. He sighed then went to his room.

*At Jade's room*

"What happened?" Bri asked as Jade just stared at the floor. Ethan has never kissed her like that. She doesn't know why but it scared her. "Jade?" Bri snapped her fingers.

"Huh?" Jade came to her senses.

"What happened?"

"Well I really am not sure myself."

"Come again."

"I came back to the campus after visiting my godfather."

"Winston?" Jade just nodded. Bri met Winston but she doesn't know he is in the mafia.

"Then Ethan was at the parking lot waiting for me. I thought it was odd that he looked so sullen even though he was meeting me but I didn't bother with it. When I got closer to him he pulled me in for a kiss."

"What's the big deal? It's not like you guys haven't kissed already."

"Yeah I know but something about this kiss felt different. I swear it was like there was something that came over him."

"Okay you really need to explain."

"He was definitely angry. Then I got scared and before I realised it I ran."

"He is scary when he is angry I can agree. I saw the way he looked at Joe when we were at the gazebo. I got shivers." Bri told Jade honestly.

"Bri I can't stop shaking." Jade said looking at her hands. Bri held her and hugged her. Bri rubbed her back soothingly.

"Breath and take it easy Jade." Jade did as she was told and finally calm down. 20 minutes passed when Jade could finally stand without shaking. Jade went to take a shower and came out to Bri on the phone. She spotted Jade and hung up. "That was Angelo. He spoke to Ethan and wants to meet us." Jade just nodded slowly wanting to get away from Ethan a bit. They left soon after and agreed to meet Angelo at the docks.
