Request: Emma explains to Killian why she saved him and why she has to pay the price.

Emma was sitting in the bathroom on the floor in a pool of her own tears. She was rocking back and forth trying desperately to calm herself. Killian, who was downstairs, could hear sniffles and sobs coming from his bathroom. He slowly creaked his way up the stairs.

"Emma?" He called out quietly. All he was answered with was her crying. He knocked on the door lightly. "Can I come in love?" He asked. No reply. He slowly opened the door and kneeled down to Emma. He took her in his arms and Emma willingly fell into them. She wrapped her arms tightly around his. Waist.

"It's all my fault, I'm sorry," she whispered.

"What's your fault?" He asked softly. Eventually her cries calmed and she caught her breath.

"Killian, I saved you for a reason," she said.

"Yes of course," he said.

"Well I think you should know why," she said.

"Alright go on love," he said waiting patiently. She looked up at him.

"You know I love you right? I love you so much," she said hugging him tightly again.

"Yes I love you too," he kissed her forehead. Emma took a deep breath.

"Before I... Killed you, I found something out," he stared at her waiting for her to continue. "I was- I was pregnant, with your child," she began to cry again. Killian's face lit up and he was about to say something but Emma continued. "I knew I had to save you so that the child would have a father b-b-but the b-baby died before you knew!" She choked on her words and hid her face in his chest. "PLEASE DON'T LEAVE!" she begged.

Killian let a tear drip down his face for Emma and all the pain she has been going through and for his dead, unborn child.

"Emma, I would never leave you," his voice cracked at the end and Emma's head popped up. "I couldn't even think about it,"

"So you're not mad?" She asked.

"It wasn't your fault darling. You couldn't help it," he said. She turned her head.

"But it's my fault," she said. "I'm the savior. Being the savior means I can't get my happy ending. And getting my happy ending... Includes having children with you," Emma said.

"Hey," he tipped her chin up with his fingers. "Don't think like that. We just have to have hope," Emma smiled to reassure​ him that she understood. He picked her up off the ground and carried her to their bed. He wrapped his arms around her waist and nuzzled his face in her neck.

"We can always try for more children if that's what you really want," he said and he kissed her neck and Emma giggled.

"I think I can handle that,"
