<Chapter 12> Ayato's demand

Before Laito could bite me...

"Oi! Wake up!" I groan to see Ayato shaking me. I sat up and looked outside. "But its midnight!" I whispered loudly.
"Pack your things! We're gonna go to the demon world!!" Ayato said excitingly. "Huh!? Why?" I asked.
"Well duh, if your human mind can't progress the don't." He groaned at me.

"You're quite excited Ayato-kun." His eyes sparkled. "That's why we need to go now!" He said and crossed his arms at me. I nodded and stood up. I got some clothes and placed them in a bag. When I was done, he pulled me immediately and teleported both of us in the limo. I saw Rin infront. He had his headphones with him and through the driver mirror thingy, I saw him asleep with a neck pillow.

"Evening Chou-chan!~" Laito greeted. I sat in between of Ayato and him. "How long until we'll be there?" I asked Reiji who was reading book. He looked at me and answered. "Four hours." I nodded and smiled at him but he didn't return it.
"Well, I'll just get some shut eye." I said and immediately went into la la dream.

"Oi! Wake up brat!" I woke up to see Ayato shaking me, again.
"Are we here now?" I asked him and he nodded. He suddenly pulled my hand and we got outside.

"The demon world?" Yui asked as she looked around. The demon world actually just looks like another country. It had shops near and beside each other. It was always night here. A lot of demons and such live here, managed and ruled by the one and only Karlheinz.

"Its hard to believe that it is due to the beliefs. Am I right?" I asked her. Yui looked at me. She nodded, I could see the nervousity in her eyes
"Let's go to the mansion first. We'll decide who goes with Shida after." Reiji-San said and we followed him. We arrived in a familiar place. The holiday mansion. That's what I like to call it. I got here before when I used to...

"Oi brat" I looked to see the brothers looking at me. "What?" "You were here before?" Ayato asked. I nodded. "Though, why didn't I see you people when I was here?" I asked and Laito shrugged.
"Well, since you've been here, go to your room and prepare. We'll be in the living room to pick who goes with you first." Reiji told me and I nodded, heading to my old room while the others went somewhere over the rainbow.

I placed my small bag down and decided to take a bath. I got the clothes I wanted to wear and got in the bath tub.

After taking a short bath, I headed downstairs to see no one except Ayato. So he's the one who I'll spend the carnival with.
He had a smirk plastered onto his face as he immediately grabbed my hand, bringing the two of us at the Carnival entrance.

"Sooooo, Ayato, what should we do first?" first asked him and he oonted at the food stalls. I nodded as we both got there.
"Oi! I want that one!" Ayato pointed at a certain dessert as he looked at me as if I was his nanny or something.
I sighed in annoyance but got out my wallet as I ordered what Ayato wanted. I paid the dessert after and then I gave to him. He took it happily and we both sat down. He continued to eat while I stared absent mind my at the lively atmosphere.

Ayato stopped eating as he looked at Shida. Her eyes were wandering around. Ayato noticed how beautiful she was.
'She's kinda cute. Of course she'll be Ore-sama's property.' Ayato smirked. His eyes widen as the recent green eyes he looked at were now staring back at him.

"Ayato-kun. You okay?" Shida asked. Ayato shoved the food into her mouth.
" Just shut up and eat it. Ore-sama says it's great." Shida took a bite and held the uneaten portion as she gab a soft smile at Ayato. Ayato got in a trance shortly cut by her giggle.

"You have a small crumb on your cheek Ayato-kun." Ayato raise his eyebrow. She giggled and used her left hand as she wiped the crumb off of Ayato's face. Unnoticed, Ayato had some pink on his cheeks.

He stood up after Shida finished her food and he pulled her with him.

"Where are we going?" She asked.

"Let's ride the rollercoaster."

Well. Hi ppl. Sorry for giving you guys a short update. If you read my other book, I told that I'll be updating tomorrow but I need to focus on school work for now.
