<Chapter 11>Part-time

  "When you come back, we'll have to discuss about your homework and projects." Reiji said strictly. Shida nods at him. "Well, I'm gonna go now, bye guys!" She just said as she waved at the brothers. "Shida-san, can you buy me and Teddy some sweets?" Shida couldn't help herself as she nodded, hugging the life out of Kanato. "Me too Chou-chan!"

"I know who did that to you." Shida flinched as she looked at Rin, his hair covering his eyes. "Please don't remind me about it nii-san." Rin looked at her. "I'm mad as well, but I have to be able to do this." "My eye will be recovering so don't worry." Rin sighed as he looked at the window ."Yeah, okay." "What happened to your eye?" Lucas, the driver said as he looked at Shida through the small mirror. "A first-blood gouged my eye out." Shida answered. The driver nods before returning his gaze to the road.

"I guess we got here early than I expected. I'll be at the diner you work at later." Rin said before teleporting elsewhere. Shida sighed as she fixed her black hair. The bell above the door rings as she enters the diner. There weren't a lot of demons eating. "Shida! We've heard what happened! Are you okay.?" A blonde girl that had her hair until her shoulders asked as her black eyes gave both relief and worry. "I'm fine Kuro. Say, where is Blake and Domina?" Shida asks as both enters the employee room. "The two of them went to buy some ingredients, Danny is in his office." The girl named 'Kuro' said. "I'll go surprise him." Shida said as he let out a small laugh. Kuro nods at her before heading to the kitchen.

 "Sir?" A knock comes from outside of my door. "Come in." I say as I continued on typing on my computer. Dad had to leave this diner and mom's on a fashion trip with the twins' mother . "Hi Danny!" A familiar voice said. My eyes widen as I looked at her. "Shida! What happened?!" I asked as I gripped her shoulders, shaking her back and forth. "Stop...shaking meeee...." She whined and I stopped.

She sat down on my chair and told me everything from the exhibit to her eye incident. "Well, do you think you can work again?" She smiled and nodded at me. "Your uniform is new now so-"
"Shida/Ai-chan!" Two people tackled her down. It was Blake and Domina, the twins. Both have green hair and blue eyes. "We missed you!" She giggled as I helped her stand up. "*sigh* OI! After this get back to your work. We have a lot of demons that'll eat here." The three saluted playfully at me. "So the diner really got famous huh?" The three of us looked at Shida and nodded. "All thanks to you."

"I think i'm more pumped up than anything since you're back Ai-chan!" I laughed a little at the nickname. Kuro and Ella always call me that, they ARE step-sisters.
"I knew it, look at you! The new uniform looks amazing on you!" I wore a white-sleeved dress that reached until my knees. A ribbon with a green gem on my head. I had that apron thingy and some flat shoes.
"Thanks, I appreciate it." I tell her. We stood near the door. "Seriously, why can't the boys do this?" I whined. "They did when you were gone." Kuro giggled as we replaced the 'close' to 'open'. And this is where hell literally broke loose. Demons started to enter, filling up almost all of the tables.

"Good evening!" What will you order for tonight?" I asked as I held up a small notebook and a pen. "Good to see you back here!" A customer said. I smiled at them as they told me their orders. 
"Well, ready to cook?"  Domina asked. Me and Blake nodded. Once we finished cooking the orders, me and Danny started to serve the peoples orders. The two of us sighed as we sat down on the kitchen table. Before any of us five could say anything, I heard the familiar bell from the door ring, indicating that we have another customer. "I'll handle it guys!" They all gave me a thumbs up before I left the kitchen, heading towards the door to see my brother...And the Tsukinami's. Wait, that guy I met in the cafe is a Tsukinami too?
