I guess he's not coming this year.

As Niall shuts down his booth for the year, he hears his name being called. He turns around only to have Zayn crash into him. This kiss seemed rushed and desperate, and neither is sure why.

How much would it cost for you to go on a date with me.

You're making me sound like a prostitute.

Niall flips his open sign to closed, walks out and around the booth, and up to Zayn. Zayn would admit that he was surprised when they were the top of the Ferris wheel and Niall kissed him.

What? You didn't think kissing was for the booth only, did you?

Niall, the carnival closed three hours ago. What are we doing here?

I worked here for five years, Zayn. I know what time it closes. I also happen to be really close with the people run it and they allowed me to do this...

Right then the Ferris wheel lights up spelling out: "WILL YOU MARRY ME?" Zayn looks at Niall in disbelief.

Zayn hugs Niall so tight, Niall can barely breathe, but it's worth it because he is in Zayn's arms.

Zayn loosens his grip on Niall.

Zayn does what he's told and connects his lips to Niall's. As soon as their lips touch, fireworks go off in the sky.
