The Next Day (Sunday)
JUDIE POV
It's good to see Jasmine smiling. I think we shall go out to brunch today. Time to wake her up!
Me: *runs in her room* Jasmine! Get up and get dressed! NOW!
Jasmine: Mommmm why ?!
Me: We're going out to brunch, get up let's go.
Jasmine: Fine. *gets up to do her daily hygiene stuff*
Me: *goes to shower and get dressed.*
30 Minutes later.
Me: ALRIGHT JASMINE LET'S GO!
Jasmine: Sorry *comes downstairs.*
Me: Where shall we go? let me know now before we walk out the door
Jasmine: Denny's or Ihop
Me: Where do you want to go ?
Jasmine: Denny's
Me: Ihop it is.
Jasmine: Ohh you evil women . *laughs*
End of Judie POV
20 Minutes later they arrive at Ihop. After they are seated and waiting to order Jasmine sees someone she was hoping to never see again as long as she lived.
Jasmine: mom. *looking scared*
Judie: What's wrong with you Jasmine?
Jasmine: Don't look now, but dads here.
Judie: It's okay Jasmine. Don't look at him.
Jasmine: And he's here with Kelsey! Why is she still with him after what he did?!!
Judie: Don't worry about it Jasmine. The waitress is coming. Tell her what you want.
Jasmine: *Sighs* Fine! *Tells the waitress what she wants to eat*
Judie: *tells the waitress what she wants*
After the waitress leaves, Judie felt as if she was being watched. She looked, but carefully, around the restaurant to see who it was and caught eyes with a scared and worried looking Kelsey. A tear dropped from Kelsey's eyes as she mouthed the words "Help me, please"
Judie: *Mouths back* okay hold on.
Jasmine: Mom, you okay?
Judie: Yeah, Jasmine hurry up and eat baby.
Jasmine: Why? What's going on?
Judie: Kelsey needs us right now. She needs to get away. Are you done eating?
Jasmine: Yes. What do you need me to do?
Judie: *Gives her the car keys* Go start the car and take the car around back. Me and Kelsey are gonna make a run for it through the kitchen so be there.
Jasmine: *takes the keys* Got it. *she leaves to do what she was told*
Judie makes eye contact with Kelsey again and mouths "Bathroom" to her.
Kelsey: Jason, can I go to the bathroom please?
Jason: *Scoffs* Yeah go ahead. You got 3 minutes.
Kelsey: *runs to the bathroom*
Judie gets up and walks away as if nothing was happening. She meets up with Kelsey in the bathroom and tells her the plan. Kelsey agrees to do as told and they make a and dash for it.
Kitchen Worker #1: What are you doing back here?!
Judie: I'm sorry, but please can we exit through here. She needs my help getting away from a guy.
The kitchen worker looks Kelsey up and down and says "Go! hurry. I hope you get away."
They run outside and look around for Jasmine. She wasn't there.
Judie: FUCK! JASMINE! ONE TASK!
Just as she was cursing out Jasmine, she comes around the corner speeding.
Jasmine: GET IN HURRY. I SAW HIM GET UP AND GO TO THE BATHROOM LOOKING FOR YOU!
Judie and Kelsey jump in the car and Jasmine speeds off.
Jasmine: Mom where to?
Judie: Did he see us in Ihop?
Jasmine: Yes. he looked me in the eye.
Judie: *Sighs* Gosh! Well we can't go back to the house, that'll be the first place he checks. Hilton hotel find one that's at least 45 minutes from here. we'll take Kelsey there.
Kelsey: *Crying* Thank you guys so much for this. You saved my life. How did you get away Judie? How?
Judie: It was hard, bu I did it and I refuse to watch him do it to someone else. Why'd you go back?
Kelsey: I thought it was love. *cries uncontrollably.*
Judie holds Kelsey while Jasmine just cruises down the highway to the hotel.
Jasmine POV:
Theres a woman crying uncontrollably in the backseat with my mom holding her. We're on the road trying to get away quick like we are wanted criminals. I hope this doesn't all back fire on us for helping her out, I can't take anymore hospital trips. Oh wait until I tell Prince about all of this. Prince..... He's back at home, why hasn't he called me or text me yet? I'll Text him later.
2 hours later at a hotel I thought was safe enough and far away enough. i look back and both my mom and Kelsey are sleeping. I wake them both up. They get out to go get a room, I stayed in the car to text Prince. After sending the message I get out to go meet up with my mom and Kelsey.
END OF JASMINE POV
In the room .
Judie: Kelsey lay down and rest your nerves we'll head back into town tomorrow to go get your stuff with the cops.
Kelsey : Really, thank you both so much for doing this for me. I should have listened to my mom she was right about him. Mom is always right, remember that jasmine.
Jasmine: She really is. Good night Kelsey.
Kelsey: Good night ladies.
Jasmine: *Inside thought* Prince still hasn't text me back. I'll just go to sleep and hope I wake up to a good morning text or something.
PRINCETON POV:
*Inside thought* I should probably text Jasmine. But then again.....
Leilani: *in a whiny voice* Prince come lay down with me.
Me: Okay babe, I'm coming.
