Chapter Six

*Mitch's P.O.V.*

Emily led the way to the village gates. I was following closely behind; my diamond sword at the ready, in case there were any straggling mobs.

"Who exactly are we going to see?" I asked, still puzzled.

"I'm going to tell you a secret, and if you tell anyone it will get me killed. You won't tell anyone, right?" She said to me, somewhat afraid.

"Yeah, I won't tell anyone, okay? I might have to tell you something, too," I say, speaking in a calm, comforting voice.

"Well, my friend.... I... Ummm.." She started, stuttering and sounding nervous.

I stopped walking and she turned to face me. "I promise I won't tell anyone, I want you to trust me."

"Alright. Well, my friend, his name is Jake. He isn't just a friend... I love him," She said looking at the floor.

"Oh, it's all good. I think I love my friend, too." I started blushing madly. Emily giggled.

"That's nice, but we should keep going," and we began on our long ,journey again.

------Time Skip-Now there------

"Here we are, the Team Crafted base!" Emily said, with her arms held out.

"Team Crafted?" I asked, never hearing of this before.

"Yup! That's what they call themselves. Don't know why though."

We headed inside and to a cafeteria-like room. There were many people there. Some hybrids, others unknown to me.

"Emily!" I heard a voice say, as Emily ran up to someone, and hugged them. He was tall, and was also a wolf, with a gray tail and ears. He wore a blue shirt and jeans, and had short shaggy black hair; and his eyes were a kind of hazel, or orange.

"Oh, Mitch! This is Jake, the person I told you about. Jake, this is Mitch, my partner." She pointed to me, and I gave a small wave. Jake smiled.

"Nice to meet you! Do you have someone, too?" He asked, probably if there was someone I love.

"Yes, I do actually." I say, looking at the floor, with a hint of sadness in my voice. "I don't exactly know where he is..."

"Oh, do you want us to help you look?" Jake asked me, he seems like a nice guy.

"No, you guys can stay here. I'll go look for him. be right back."

"Wait! Before you go, there is someone we want you to meet!" She grabbed my arm and pulled me toward another girl, and boy.

"This is Seto," she pointed to the boy. "And this is EnderCooki, but we call her Cooki. They are both sorcerers, and Cooki is part ender dragon!"

When she said that I noticed that Cooki had two purple and black wings on her back. She had black hair, along with black jeans, and a sweater. Her eyes were slightly glowing purple. Seto had short shaggy brown hair, and wore a purple cloak.

"Hello, you are?" Seto asked, holding out his hand.

"I'm Mitch." I responded.

"You're new here, huh?" Cooki asked me quietly.

"Yes, now if you'll excuse me... I need to go find someone." I said, trying not to be rude.

"You sure you don't want help from us? We might be able to find them faster," Jake stated.

"No, I'll be fine. He probably won't be very happy with all of the random company.. He'd like it other times..." I trailed off. "He might just need to talk to me," I said, then running through the crowd.

------Time Skip-he's looking!------

I walked far. I'm almost to the tree house though, that's good. He'd probably be there, it's my best bet.

I walked for a little while longer, finally finding the tree house. It's not too far...

I walk in to the tree house and I hear sniffling, and crying. Jerome. It's definitely him. I ran into all of the rooms, looking for him. I finally found him in the corner of his room.

"Jerome?," I questioned, him then turning to look at me.

"Mitch?!" He stood. "I'm sorry! Please don't hate me!" He was still crying.

"Why would I hate you, Jerome?" I asked, moving toward him, enveloping him in a hug.

"You don't hate me?" He asked, sniveling, not really crying anymore.

"Of course not! I love you, Jerome," I whispered, kissing him. He kissed me back.

"Love you, too, biggims," He said, and we fell asleep in each other's arms.
