*Mitch's P.O.V. (such indecisiveness....)*

When I woke up, Jerome was not next to me. I got out of bed and changed into clean clothes. I hears the door creak open.

"Mitch? You awake?" I hear Jerome call from the door.

"Yup! I'm over here...!" I waved him over.

"Oh, good. There is some impertinent information your brain should know!" He joked slightly.

"Alright." I walked to the kitchen with Jerome following behind, sitting on a stool. "Lay it on me, biggums." And with that, he launched into the story.

Basically, there is some kind of 'prophecy' that Jerome and I are apart of. We save the people and such~

"Have you got thus so far?" He asked me; I nodded.

Jerome then opened the book to the currently book marked page.

"Here." He points to the page. "It seems to have more information on the subject, or what Seto told me."

"Oh. But, I am going to ask a very generic question: Why us? What does it mean?"

"We will probably never find the answers to those questions...." He sighed. "Well, the book says: 'The time of the prophecy will most likely take place a week, possibly less, after the pair learn of the prophecy.' "

"When did you hear of it?" I looked up form the book to him.

"Last night. I had a dream. That's why I wasn't with you this morning, I spoke to Seto."

"Okay, so, that means the whole 'thing' that will happen soon. Like, in the next few days!"

"Yeah, supposedly... But, you can never be too sure, huh?"

"That what Seto said?" I looked towards the door, Jerome's eyes followed.

"Yes, and I think it's time to go." We stood and went out of the room.

------Time Skip------

We had made it to the 'recreational room'.

"Hey there, guys!" Emily called out to us. She smiled, as well as the others sitting around the table.

"What's that?" Jake, the soft-spoken, shy guy spoke.

"The book? Oh! We should probably tell you guys. You all ate probably going to be a big part in this." Jerome says, placing the book previously under his arm on the table.

He told the story, probably for the third time in the past few hours.

"Well then..." Adam says, flipping the book around to face him. "What's this say?" He pointed to a rather old part of the page. It was indecipherable.

"Can I see?" Emily asks. I push the book over, it being in the middle of her and Jake.

"I wonder....?" She squints at it closer. "I give up on this!" She calls out, and pushes the book in front of Jake.

"Uhm? I think it possibly ha something to do with someone out of you two." Jake says after a few minutes, pointing to me and Jerome.

If only you knew.... The secrets it holds... You won't find out until it's time....

I got third at a karate tournament today? That's it then... nothing special.
