"I don't think I can do this anymore" he said
"Please, don't do this Evan" I plead as the tears run down my cheeks.
"You said you promised, you promised you would always be there for me, please don't break that promise" I squeaked out
"I just don't think I can keep that promise anymore Emma, I'm sorry"
And with that he walked away, out of my life.
From that day on I didn't believe in promises, they were dumb and cliché, I wasn't sure anyone can keep a promise.
