Sarah's P.O.V.

I woke up as soon as my phone went off. I opened my eyelids and the blinding rays of the sun had found their way toward my eyes. I blinked twice to adjust my sight and when it finally coped with its surroundings, I stood up from my bed. I walked toward the balcony and the morning breeze smelled like pine. It was also very cold so I hugged myself and I returned inside to prevent myself from having hypothermia.

I opened my duffel bag and I grabbed a pair of skinny jeans and a sweater then I lied them on the bed. I went to the bathroom and I stripped off my clothes. I proceeded inside the shower stall and I opened the shower so the water began to pour down my body. The warm liquid was very soothing and relaxing so I decided to wet myself for a while.

I opened a bottle of shower gel and I squeezed some of its contents onto a loofah then I rubbed it on my body. I also applied some coconut scented shampoo on my hair then I rinsed it off afterward.

When I was done taking a bath, I wrapped myself with a cozy white towel and I walked out of the bathroom. I wore my clothes and I dried my hair. After I finished fixing myself, I grabbed my bag and phone then I went to the dining area.

Only a few students were there and I realized that it was still early for breakfast even though it was already eight in the morning. It only proved that most of my colleagues were deep sleepers.

I picked the table closest to the window so that I could see the view. There was a pool outside and it could be seen easily from my spot because it was only meters away. I could also clearly hear the splashes of water produced by the people in the pool because the room was located on the ground floor as well.

Different kinds of food were already on the table but when I glanced around, no one was eating yet. I texted Tina and Richard to ask where they were and when they didn't reply, I had concluded that they were still asleep or maybe they were still taking a bath.

I was very hungry so I decided to eat even though no one else did. The meal was very scrumptious and the fruit shake that I had ordered was a thirst quencher. I continued devouring the food until my phone suddenly buzzed. I answered the call without looking at the caller I.D.

"Hello?"

"Be careful and you might choke on your food." He replied. I scanned the room, searching for the owner of the voice and I spotted him standing by the doorway. He was waving at me so I waved back.

He kept his phone in his jeans' pocket then he approached me. He sat on the seat in front of mine, facing me with a smirk engraved on his face.

"When did you arrive?" I asked.

"Last night, why?"

"I thought you didn't want to go so why are you here now?" I inquired as I sliced the waffle into tiny pieces.

"A friend of mine enlightened me with this idea so I said 'Why not?' and so now, I'm here." I looked at him with a raised brow. He shrugged in return so I decided to ask him who it was but before I could, most of the students appeared as if they popped out of nowhere.

As I glanced at the figures closely, I saw Richard, Tina, and Roxanne. The three of them were approaching our table and I noticed that Roxanne knew that Cedrick was here because she didn't show any signs of bemusement. In fact, she acted like she knew it already.

As soon as they reached us, they went to their own places smoothly like they talked about their seating arrangements before they headed here. Tina sat next to me, Richard positioned himself at the head of the table, and Roxanne chose to sit beside Cedrick.
