I jumped outta bed and hurried into my joggers.

damn! I forgot to turn off the kitchen tap lastnight.

  "Janet don't let me get to you" she yelled like i was in another state. Yea mama goodmorning, i said as i approached her.

             "Cos that's what men do"  she said that again pushing a glass from the table. 
    I hate it when she gets mad at me like this. Lord knows i've tried to get a job but can't find any with a good pay. I struggled to hold back tears from dropping outta my eyes.

i got home and found my mom crying. Mom wassup? I asked kneeling down to raise her face.
