Chapter 4

Stiles dropped me off at my house after our shopping spree. I got home around four and I knew my parents weren't home because the house was quiet. I went upstairs and put my bags on the floor and fell face first onto my bed. I was exhausted. I don't know how Lydia does it. She goes shopping like once a week and she never seems tired from it.

I was about to fall asleep when my phone started to buzz. Are you kidding me. I looked at my phone and saw it was Lydia. "Hello." I said groaning.

"Hey Allison and I are going shopping for the party tomorrow and I want you to come."

"No thanks I'm good."

"You're coming. I'm almost at your house anyway."

"Lydia I already went shopping today. That's why I wasn't in school. Stiles took me shopping."

"Oh I thought you guys were doing something else."

"Like what?"

"Like hooking up somewhere." Allison answered.

"No! That is not even close to what we were doing. Why would you think that?"

"Lydia said you guys were dating."

"Put Lydia on the freaking phone."

"I am on the phone. It's on speaker." Lydia said smacking her lips.

"Why would say that Stiles and I are dating?"

"Because it's basically the truth. You guys are like all over each other."

"No we are not! I don't even- he doesn't even like me that way."

"Please, we all see it." Allison said. "He's practically in love with you and you obviously feel the same way."

"Nope, not at all."

"Ok glad you feel that way." Lydia said as she walked into my room and hung up the phone. "Cause that means you're single and I can finally hook you up with someone who is actually descent. Now let me see what you got for the party."

I rolled my eyes at her and pointed towards the bags on the floor. She was probably going to find some way to insult me on my shopping skills but right now I really couldn't care.

"Is this all you bought? A dress and shoes?"

"Yeah that's all I planned on wearing." I said sitting up.

"Uh no you need jewelry sweetheart."

"I have jewelry I can wear." I said pointing towards my dresser where all my jewelry was.

"You need better jewelry, but good job on the dress." She said holding up the dress.

"Yeah I really like it." Allison said smiling. "But you should still come shopping with us.

"Oh she's coming." Lydia said as she walked over to me and pulled me off my bed. "But first you really need to change what you're wearing." She said gesturing towards my outfit.

I was wearing a turquoise shirt with gray sleeves, a pair of skinny jeans and gray boots. "What's wrong with my outfit?"

"A lot of things, don't you agree Allison."

"Uh well I think she looks fine."

"You guys are really having problems with your choice in wardrobe. You looked great on Monday Ky, but then throughout the week you started to get lazy." Lydia said gesturing her hands towards me.
