Chapter 5 - A Date ❤

Yes Carl I will I sniffles out

( half a hour later )

I hopped in the nice hot shower but I couldn't pay attention to it .
All I was thinking about was how Carl kissed me and I kissed him back

This went against everything I was taught I was told not to let people close cause I was well use to be a hunter no I still am a Hunter I said to myself

I held onto the dog tags as the pink water ran over my body till it was clear I washed my hair out with soap finally my hair wasn't as blood stained I thought to myself

I walked into the main cell I was grabbed by Maggie and Beth both jumping with excitement

" OMG CARL ASKED YOU OUT " they practically screamed

" what how do you know I ask confused

" Glenn told me Maggie said softly

I found a 12 pack of Sunkist orange soda I put one in Ava's cell and the rest in a cooler at the guard tower man I missed caffeine

I found some Gram crackers that I put on a oak coffee table Daryl helped me bring up to the guard tower

I started to think of kissing Ava as she passed my cell but decided against it instead I called out Night beautiful 

And slipped into darkness with a smile on my face

Well it was morning it was still dark outside with a faint hint of light the sun was rising

I decided to go out in the prison yard to watch the sun rise with Sarge

The crisp morning air stung my lungs I loved it I sat on a bench I started thinking that I should of brought my soda out that Carl left in my cell god I missed caffeine so much

Suddenly pair of hands fell on my shoulder I quickly stood up and spun the figure around and down to the grown Sarge snarling in its face

O God it was Carl

I felt so bad I helped him up and slightly snapped

"  don't scare me like that Carl

" trust me Ava I learned my lesson he said rubbing his back before quickly wrapping me in an hug

I pulled away sitting down I patted  the spot next to me for him to sit

" So what you doing up so early Carl asked softly

" I wanted to see the sun set  me and my uncle Castile use to every morning before a hunt

Suddenly I realized I let it slip hopefully Carl didn't know what a hunter was we sat there in silence before Carl wrapped his arm around my waist

He moved his mouth to my ear and whispered " are you looking forward to our date 

I giggled and said yes

I thought WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT I giggled

Carl quickly stood up smirking and said meet me at the fence at 7 tonight before pecking my lips quickly as he walked away

I ran after him hey one sec he stopped in his tracks and turned around I quickly pecked his cheek he smirked before asking

"what was that for

"  for calling me beautiful last night I whispered

I changed my clothes for my date with Carl I was hoping my hair didn't look to bad

finally Carl showed up

when he got there he told me to take his hand so I did and he intertwined our fingers I could hear my heart racing from excitement

he turned on a flash light and lead me up the stairs I'm gonna be  covering your eyes for the surprise ok he said softly

" till we get to the top of the guard tower at least he whispered

Not Kong after walking up the stairs we turn he then removed his hand from my eyes  I saw stuffed animals , blankets , posters , candles , books , and a coffee table of snacks

" O my god Carl did you do all this it's beautiful I said grabbing his arm

" he blushed well I had some help from Daryl and Glenn he said softly

Here he said pulling me with him as he sat on a pile of blankets
After a while I asked if I could cuddle up to him I was a little  cold since it was so rainy

" he smiled ya you can he said wrapping his arms around me
I set my head on his chest and listened to his steady breathing and heart beat

" Hey Ava uummm ... He sat up and looked at me

" What Carl I asked worrying

Uummm... I was wondering ........

Ummmm will you be my girlfriend he asked blushing

I leaned in towards him smirking
I'd say since I'm already here I think that's a yes

He quickly smashed his perfect lips onto mine things quickly git heated he starting licking my bottom lip asking for entrance

I slowly granted him his wish soon our tongues fought for dominance which sadly he won
He then slowly pulled away

" hey baby girl he says moving my hair out of my face we have to go back they'll get suspicious
