"Oh, Diana, she's gorgeous!" Hippolyte exclaimed, kneeling down to Claire's height. Her hands cupped the child's face, observing her every features.

Clark and Diana stood behind their daughter, hugging each other and smiled as the Queen of Themyscira squealed in pure joy. Their eyes showed pride.

"Hi, who are you?" The 5-year-old girl asked and tilted her head to the side, curious of the woman who dressed in a greek-like outfit.

"I am your grandmother." Hippolyte stated, grinning from ear to ear.

"You are?" Claire's blue eyes widened with suprise and when Hippolyte nodded her head, a smile was formed on her cute round face. "What's your name?"

Hippolyte extended her hand and took Claire's small ones, shaking it. "My name is Hippolyte of Themyscira." She answered, her grin was still on.

"That's a very nice name." Claire commented. "I'm Claire Kent."

"Well, thank you, Claire." The Queen stood up and turned to the parents. "Clark, Diana. Do you mind if I spend the whole day with my dearest grandchild?" She asked, her voice was filled with excitement.

Clark and Diana shook their heads. "Oh not at all, mother. You can have her yourself for the day. I'm sure she will enjoy herself in Themyscira with you." Diana answered and glanced down to her daughter who already jumping up and down in delight.

"Yeay!!" The little girl squealed happily.

Hippolyte nodded her head to the couple, showing them her gladness and grabbed the small hand of her granddaughter into hers. "Let's go to the palace first, shall we?"

The young Super nodded her head eagerly and grinned at the Queen of Themyscira. "Sure!"

Clark and Diana watched as the two of them walked towards the palace and chuckled when they heard their little child asked to the older woman, "Are you a queen, grandmother? Is that why you are wearing a crown?"

"She can be a great Amazon, Diana. She's perfect."

Hippolyte and Diana were standing at the balcony of the palace as they were watching a group of Amazons crowd around the little girl in the fighting field. The little girl reminded Hippolyte of Diana when she was the only kid in the island; everyone loved her, admired her, no matter how troublesome she was at that time and now, it was Claire's turn.

Diana sighed deeply. "I know, Mother. But Clark and I had decided her destiny and she agreed with our choice."

"And what is her destiny, Diana?" Tje Queen asked, glancing her daughter at the corner of her eyes.

Diana frowned at nowhere and answered, "To become just like us. A saviour."

"You don't sound happy."

"I just want her to have a normal life. Go to school, nagging about her homeworks when she comes home, have friends and have beautiful dreams when she sleeps. Not the opposite. She can get hurt or worse... die. I can't let that happen to my child." Diana finally admitted and Hippolyte rested a hand on her shoulder, comforting the Princess.

As Diana turned to her, the Queen smiled, "It's normal for a mother to worry about their child. It's natural, Diana. But look at her..." the two woman looked at the little girl who was now floating in the middle of the crowd with the Amazons giggling at her cuteness. "She's not normal. She's an Amazon and a Kryptonian. She got yours and Clark's genetic traits and I'm sure, one day, she will be a great hero just like her parents."

Hippolyte continued, "And if you don't mind, Diana. I would love to train her."

Diana let out a defeat sigh and nodded her head softly. "I don't mind, Mother. But can you handle her for yourself? Clark and I can't stay here, the Justice League needs the both of us."
