Kellin's POV
Vic's been gone an hour he said he was going on a short jog, this doesn't seem short at all. I make way way the the living room, stumbling every now and then. I turn on the tv and as always the news station is always the first channel that's on. I sit down and decide to watch it to get updated on what has happened in the world.
"I am Kathleen Rodgers here to bring you breaking news." The news reporter said in a overly serious tone, I roll my eyes at the tone. "For the past three days police have been frantic to fine a little baby girl, one named Copeland Quintes. She is the beautiful baby girl of parents Victor Fuentes and his fiancé Kellin Quinn."
I perk up watching the tv carefully as she talks, not giving a shit about her tone anymore. The news feed changes into a reported in front of Hayley's house, I turn the volume up and examine the background, Vic is there he probably ran there and he couldn't know about the police. He ran there in anger holt shit. "Yes thank you Kathleen, I bring you here to the sight were police found little baby Copeland inside the house of kidnapper Hayley Williams age 19. Why someone would do something like this I have no idea but it brings great comfort to know the Kellin and Vic are going to be getting their daughter back. I am Sharin Martin, reporting live from the scene. Back to you Kathleen."
I let out tears of joy, putting on sandals and running out the door to my car. I get in and drive to the scene as fast as i can, getting there in two minutes, in what normally is a 15 minute drive. I park the car at the side of the road and get out fast, running to Vic, where police are talking to him.
I wrap my arms around him tight, crying into him shoulder. "Hey Kellin no need to cry anymore we have our baby girl back, she isn't going anywhere." He hugs me back, rocking us from side to side, not giving a shit if the police are watching. I nod, still crying, more of joy than anything.
"If you don't mind we still have questions about Ms. Hayley Williams." One of the police officers says, trying to be polite I think.
I pull back from Vic, wiping my eyes and nodding. "Yeah sure, ask me he won't know shit about her." I say, getting myself some what not crying.
"Okay do you know what Ms. Williams motives were to kidnapping your daughter Mr. Quinn?" The officer asks.
"Um yeah maybe, Hayley and I use to date, we were together for two years, maybe more. She broke up with me after she found Vic and I kissing in the college library's sound room. A few months later I found out I was pregnant with Copeland." I say, looking at Vic as he wanders off to the ambulance where they are keeping Copeland.
"And how does this tie into why Ms. Williams took your daughter." He says, getting impatient.
"I'm getting there, anyway she was jealous of Vic and I being happy together. It started out with her transferring to out music lesson but it progressed."
"How did it progress if you don't mind me asking Mr. Quinn."
"She would leave messages on my phone, she would text me multiple times and sometimes she would be out by my car after school. I had to change my number but she found it."
"So she was stalking you?"
"Yeah."
"Okay and is there any point in time where she found out you were pregnant?"
"Yes, Vivian and I went to Babies R Us to go baby shopping in my fifth month of pregnancy and I was really starting to show. I didn't know she worked there but I ran into her, looking for an employee to help me get a crib down from a shelf."
"Okay so what happened when you ran into her at the store."
"Well she asked who i knocked up, and i made the mistake of telling her I was pregnant. She went and got people to get the crib and take it to the front of the store for check out."
"Okay and is that the extent of your trip to that location of the store."
"Yes." I nod and Vic appears next to me.
"Why don't you go see Copeland I'll tell this everything else." I nod and run off to the ambulance, Copeland all swaddled up in a blanket while a paramedic holds her in his arms.
I look at him as he smiles at me, handing me Copeland carefully. "She's very beautiful Mr. Quinn, congratulations." He says before getting and going into the back of the truck while I hold her in my arms.
"It's okay baby girl I'm here, nothing bad is gonna happen to you ever again." I say, as she squirms around a bit, her blonde hair strands falling in her tan face. Her blue eyes shining as she opens them. I love her with everything in my heart. She is my little ball of sunshine I can't believe I was going to abort her.
Vic comes up to us and engulfs us in a hug. I smile softly as I use one arm to hug him, the other is holding her. He looks at her with a charming smile. "Where did she get blonde hair from?" Vic asks as he plays with the thin strands.
"My side I think, my uncle is blonde so I dont know." I say bouncing her lightly in my arms.
"She is so calling you mam Kells." He chuckles before raking her out of my arms.
"Okay papa." I smirk as he glares at me. "What don't like it because of your papa?"
"Not funny Kellin." He says slightly agitated.
"It is funny just not as funny as he wants it to be." A voice surprises us, its one I haven't heard before.
"Shit um Tony why are you here." Vic says getting scared.
"Saw ya on the news, Jaime is out of town and Oli went back to Britian so it is you and I." the man now identified as Tony says. I stand there in silence, not knowing what to do or say.
"Oh..... Um so any particular reason you came to the scene of the crime." Vic hesitates on talking.
"Yeah I'm here to slap you for not telling me about you and Quinn getting it on." he humps the air, making me giggle.
"That's because it's none of your business." Vic hisses at Tony.
"So it was your business when Mike and I were getting it on back in high school so why can't I be part of what ever you have with Quinn." Tony says questioningly.
"Mike is my little brother, he was a freshman and you were a senior of course its my business." Vic hands me Copeland and I cradle her closely.
"Wait Mike is your younger brother?" I butt in and Vic looks at me.
"Yeah no duh." Vic says.
"But he's like giant compared to you." I start to laugh.
The conversation carries out and we end up inviting Tony over for dinner.
