chapter 3

Peggy

I decided to stay home today. It's not even half way through the day and I hear my door front door open. It can't be angelica nor eliza because they're at school. It can't be my parents cuz they're at work. Omg who is it! I get a baseball bat from my closet and walk down the stairs. I look around and no one is at the foyer anymore. So I walk into the livingroom and see something move. I scream and swing the bat.

"OW what the heck peggy why you do that!" I hear my soster angelica voice.

"Whole crap why you home so early?" I say

"Welp I gotta take eliza to the hospital. Do you wanna come?" She asks

"Wait what are we gonna tell mom and dad?" I ask.

"Well theyre on a work thing in paris the rest of the week," she responds.

"Heh ok well I guess I'll come with," I say "Wait what if she has to stay overnight? And who's gonna pay the bill?"

"The school because it happend at school? And daddy doesnt need to know about any of this!" She responds

"Um ok well I will go get her some clothes for when she can go home." I say

"Ok I'll meet you in the car." Angelica says.

"What car? Mom and dad have both of them." I say

"Well a boy-" she starts saying but interrupt

"What boy?" I ask

"Elizas friend." She says "now we gotta go, go get her clothes now!"

I go and get some sweatpants, comfy shoes, and a comfy tshirt. I race outside and get into the car.

"peggy this is alexander, alex this is peggy," Angelica says

"Hi," I say

"So what happened to her," I say pointing my thumb at eliza.

"She fell backwards in her chair from laughing to hard," Alex says

"Well that seems like something eliza would do," I giggle.

"Is angelica the only one that doesn't giggle talk?" Alexander laughed.

"If its a good joke than I'll laugh," Angelica said seriously.

"Ok well some day I'm gonna show you how to laugh at things that aren't funny." I said scolding her sister.

"Okie dokie whatever you say," she says seriously.

Alexander keeps driving ans we sot in silence taking in the what you call sights around us. We finally make jt to the hospital and alexander carries eliza in.

"Did our school call to tell you were bringing Elizabeth schuyler to get a check up to make sure she got no concussion or anything worse?" Asks alexander.

"Yes, they have," said the check in lady, "your room will be 139 4th floor."

"Ok thank you sooo much," Angelica blurts out.

"Would you like a wheel chair?" Another nurse asks.

"I think I'll be ok there may be other people that need them more," Alex says.

"Ok well lemme know if you change your mind." She returns.

We go to the elavators and we click the fourth floor. We go upstairs and find the room. We go in and alex puts eliza in the bed.
