Strip

exposing your skin by removing the clothing that keeps you confined

but I don't ask you to reveal yourself that way.

yet, that is what opening up to someone has become.

stripping of all our clothing somehow means showing others

the real you.

but I want you to open your heart

and tear down the walls that keep your feelings hidden.

strip away the barriers 

let me see the depths of your heart 

instead of the build of your body.
