Tyler woke up before Josh. He was just sitting next to him and looking at his facial features. He admired his boyfriend and smiled.
The nurse came in and told Tyler that he could take Josh home later on in the afternoon. After Josh got a final checkup, he could go home with Tyler.

After Josh was checked, the nurse gave Josh 2 small pills with water. She told him that they were gonna help with his depression and suicidal thoughts. The nurse gave Tyler a bottle full of the pills that she gave Josh and told him to make sure that Josh took 2 every morning when he wakes up.
"You ready babe?" Tyler asked holding Josh's hand.
Josh smiled. "Are you? 'Cause I am."
"I'm ready if you are." Tyler giggled and kissed Josh's forehead.
"I love you."
"Love you too Ty." Josh giggled and started to get up.
Tyler helped Josh get up and grab his stuff. They walked out of the hospital while holding each other's hands.
They got in the car and drove home in silence. Tyler knew Josh wanted to say something to him because he looked uncomfortable and kept glancing at Tyler in the rearview mirror. Tyler was worried but didn't want to bother Josh. That was a mistake.
